MSM good dose and good size
I was UNimpressed when I tried MSM for my knees before, but I was using much smaller doses. After reading reviews on higher dose, I figured I would give it a shot again. I am taking one 1000mg capsule at morning and at night and finding what seems like a significant difference for my hiking and walking at age almost 60. I read reviews of a larger dose capsule and everyone seems to agree the pill is too large to swallow. THIS one is an easy to swallow size.

Good for detox
I find MSM a great nutrient for detox. I also get a boost of energy, which helps with my fatigue.

Hair and Nails Greatly Improved
I have been taking this product for about 3 months and my hair and nails are greatly improved. My nails are stronger and don't "peel" as much as previously and my hair has been coming in thicker and stronger. Don't expect overnight results as anything natural takes longer to have effect. As always, the price is right at Swanson.

Poor Quality
I dumped the powder out of the capsule into a glass of water and it floated like gelatin.
I took my Swanson Premium MSM powder which I also purchased and put it in a glass of water and it dissolved completely.
I also noticed their are ingredients other than MSM on the label; if you look at the label on a bottle of Dr's Best Brand MSM Powder, it has nothing but pure MSM in the capsule; therefore I feel that this is NOT a quality product. I only purchased it since my husband won't take the powder; but will see if I can convince him to take it now since it is tasteless if you ony use 1 mg. per bottle of water. I will be returning this product.

MSM for my back issues
I have been taking 2000 mg daily for a few years and feel it is very helpful re: back issue. When things get worse, I up the dose.

Excellent Product
I feel this product is a great help for my old joints. I supplemented my use of Glucosamine & Chondroitin with this 1000mg MSM capsule and definitely notice the difference in my flexibility.

I LOVE MSM!
I love MSM! I take it every day. My hair is much fuller and I'm getting new little hairs. I have 5 kids. Each time I have a baby when they are 6 months old my hairline is thinned way down unless I keep on MSM. This stuff works!

Excellent overall
I have tried varous products including Glucosamine and MSM combinations. I decided to try the Swanson product, and all I have to say is WOW!
The larger dose is noticably better than what I have used before, and the price is much better.

Swanson's MSM is Great !
