worked 4 me I have tried multivitamins several different times and with several different manufacturers and had little to no noticeable improvements; for me, this did it. A Multi-dimensional Product! Given that this product is made from 55 food sources, in itself, suggests systemic positives. But not only that, for me, it breaks down stubborn protein and has eliminated my need for fiber supplementation. Fermented for good health I don't eat enough fermented foods, and the more health blogs I read, the more I think these are important. Sceptic's View I'm not so sure about this product. I'm close to finishing my second bottle and don't notice any changes beyond my normal baseline. Other than adhering to macrobiotic principles, I wonder what the supplement does? It's not clear that these micro doses can have a similar effect to actually following a macrobiotic diet. I guess time will tell, but 2 months is my cut-off for testing unless a longer time-frame is suggested by someone in the know. January 3, 2011
