I think I can feel a difference since taking this

Effective High Bioavailability Product
I was searching for B Vitamin Complex when I saw this as BOGO. The reason I decided to try this product is because the B-1 vitamin is derived from "Benfotiamine" which is water soluble that is known to be highly bioavailable. I am taking less fish oil because of the effectiveness of this product.

Great Product
I ordered this primarily for my husband. At the age of 73, most B complexes bothers his stomach. He finds these much easier to digest and loves them.

Wonderful B Complex in One Vitamin
Great product and it has the more bioavailable form of B12 as well as B1 (benfotiamine) which is hard to find in a B Complex vitamin. Thanks for making this great product.

Great Product
If you're looking for a GREAT Vitamin B Complex, then this is it. As advertised, it's highly bio-available (activated); however, just keep in mind that if you're not "B" deficient, you can definitely take too much and this is a potent product!
I actually break mine open and sprinkle a little bit on my food. That's all I need and my bottle is going to last me forever ;-)

Excellent product

i'm new here. I made my first order recently and that is the first time i use Swanson's products.
Firstly : the quality is amazing... before that, i only used Now Foods. I can say without a doubt that, at least for B vitamins, Swanson's quality is much better.
And i don't talk about composition : the gelatin capsule is much better as the powder inside. I take my supplements by opening the capsule, so i know what i'm saying
Now foods is more famous, thus i was quite surprised to find such a difference...
Now, about the product itself : the composition is great and without excipients. The vitamins are already activated, so they are directly absorbed.
Really a very good product. The best B vitamins i found on the market

Works well
My wife and I have both used these. I've noticed a slight improvement in energy in the afternoons when I feel the most sleepy in the day and my wife has said she's felt like she has more energy throughout the day now.
I find these high quality supplements that use more absorbable forms of B then other varieties.

quality issue is unsure
I just received a new batch of the B vitamin.
I love to look at the deep orange/yellow color and yeasty smell of b vitamins. This vitamin has NONE of the usual qualities of a good B vitamin. I base this observation on years of taking high quality expensive B vitamins. I have bought this brand in the past from Swanson and it was of better quality by looking and smelling it. The verdict is out and I my consider returning it.

Glad it's back
I just saw that this was back, I take very few vitamins but this is one I notice a difference in my energy level. Why it was discontinued, I guess we'll never know. I hope they stay with a winner.

Best B Complex Available
Swanson carried this B complex in the past and I was very disheartened when it was discontinued. This is the highest quality B complex that I have found and nothing else compares at any price. Also, several of the high bio-available B vitamins in this complex is what Dr. Mark Hyman in his book “The Ultra Mind Solution” recommends. I'm ecstatic it is back!
