Good Stuff I am a person who struggles to get up early enough to eat breakfast. I have found that taking Krill Oil and Swanson's Utlra vitamins helps me start my day off correctly. The only complaint I could make, is that they make me burp, if I don't eat food. However, the product does say to take with food, so that was my mistake. March 22, 2012
All The Complainers Never Give It Time Hi, I have been taking Swanson Products now for about 10 years. One thing I found helpful is to give the product time to get in the system for about a month. And the suggested dosage dose not mean you have to take that many. For your body you might not need that many. I myself started with 2 tablets per day and I could tell the difference in less than a week. I am very pleased with Vital Multi for Men . Vital Multi for Men I have never been convinced that miniscule amounts of "herbs and "juices" in powder could actually be that helpful. I prefer to go with a standard one-a-day and add the rest naturally. November 19, 2011

affordable organic multivitamin Not different from expensive brands. I can feel I am getting energized even though I eat fresh vegetables and fruits daily. Forgot to say I use 300 mg Alpha Lipoic Acid, 100 mg CoQ10 and Fish Oil daily as well. I suggest combining this with Bioperine for elder consumers since their absorption are not optimal. Great Product I'm a total believer of food based vitamins now. My husband is seventy two years old and needless to say, he could do with some help from nutritional supplementation. I've been trying to get him to take vitamins, especially the Bs, but due to problems with digestion and assimilation at his age, he always drops them out. He absolutely loves these and has had much improvement in all areas. Even his hair is becoming darker. Like they say, "It's won't help you if you can't digest them." April 12, 2010

I bought this for my husband It occurred to me that I had invested in the women's multi for myself, while ignoring the fact that my husband was not getting the benefit of taking any supplement at all. Since I want him to be uplifted by good nutrition just as I am, I added this to a recent order, and he was pleased that I thought of him. I had researched about the benefits of vitality in this particular organic multi-nutrient supplement, and decided it was the best buy among multi-vitamin/multi-mineral supplements.
