Take the Long term View Like with any supplement there is almost no way to determine its total effectiveness. After googling and and reading, I feel this is a worth while addition to the my regiment. While I really do not feel different taking it I feel that there will be long term benefits from it so it is on my list! This form is suppose to have excellent absorption proprieties and I feel its a good value. Do your homework and if you wish this combo you see its on the money for price and potency. August 3, 2011
