Helps digestion
I firmly believe that enzymes help with digestion. This enzyme has the right name: Optimum complete. It has a full spectrum of enzymes in each capsule. I take one before every meal.

Small Difference Noticed
I am eating 7 high protein (30-40g) meals per day and taking these 3 times per day (specifically with the whey mixed with gemma pea protein shakes I ingest in the morning and post workout (both with oats) as well as the casein protein shake I eat at night). I have been taking this supplement for 6 weeks as of this review.
I would say it is only partially effective when eating this way (mostly stemming from the lactase in it). It is worth a try for those of you eating less meals as I am assuming you will get better results.

Fabulous Find
I've used aggressive enzyme therapy for myself and my daughter for about 3 years. This is an excellent product, comparable to the very high priced products we previously used to great effect. None of the other discount-priced brands have come close. We are saving about $60 a month by switching to the Biocore products from Swanson. Don't forget to checkout the Biocore DPP-IV and Dairy formulas. Hey swanson - how about a formula for phenols and one for fats?

Exactly What I Was Looking For
I have an intolerance to Bromelain, which is in nearly every digestive enzyme formula I could find. I searched a lot of places and happily found this one at Swanson. It's exactly what I wanted and I will continue to order it every month.

As usual, best value, high quality
A lot of digestive enzymes are 1) very expensive and/or 2) upset my stomach. These enzymes compare with the only over-the-counter brand I can take and are $8 less per bottle and every bit as good.
