Ubiquinol
I've been taking COQ10 for several years. A couple years ago I read about ubiquinol being a more digestable form. I purchase from Swanson because of the price and Consumer Labs reports that Swanson sells good products.

Bioavailable CoQ10
I switched from CoQ10 to Ubiquinol two years ago and achieved the same results with one fourth the dose. My mother knew within three days that something was missing when I intentionally omitted Ubiquinol from her daily supplements.

Good value
I think this is the best value you will get for your money as far as coq10 goes. I was taking 100mg of the regular coq10. I get the same effect with 50mg of this.

Excellent product
I switched to ubiquinol from CoQ10 because of the better absorption. I was able to lower the mg because of that factor. It also helps keep costs lower. I've been happy with the results so far.

Best deal on active CoQ10 - Ubiquinol
Plus, I like ordering 60 softgel bottles. So, you know it's fresh until the last pill is left.
Dr. Mercola recently said everybody 25 years of age or older should take ONLY ACTIVE COQ10 UBIQUINOL.
He said anybody 25+ has problems converting standard CoQ10 to Unbiquinol.
Plus, Ubiquinol is most cost effective than standard CoQ10. Since, taking 50mg of Ubiquinol is "at least" equal to 200mg of standard CoQ10, if not 400mg.

Yeah, it's really that good
I admit I was a little skeptical, but I tried it anyway.
Well, it really isn't hype. I was already taking what I considered to be the best CoQ10 supplement, and yet I could actually feel the improvement with this one. (It's very rare for me to be able to actually feel a difference between two supplements.) I'm converted.

Great Stuff

Ubiquinol
I have read that some people absorb this form of CO-Q10 better than the regular form, ubiquinone. I do not notice any difference so I will probably return to the Swanson CO-Q10 gels I was using before. However, I assume that this product does work as least as well as the other for me, just not better.
