COQ100% If you read up on COQ10 then you will see that it is OK to take it when you are younger because your body can still convert it to the form that is useful. My wife takes this because she is younger than me and I take Ubiquinol. This is one of those products that doesn't need a review. If you aren't taking it then you should and if you are over a certain age then you should be looking at taking Ubiquinol. May 5, 2011
