! have felt much better since I stated using arginine. It was expence at the health store and was sold as a mans product. I found this product in swanson's catalog with the enhancement and tried it. It was far better that the store bough product at about half the price. Upon doing some research on the product I found that it has many health benefits and my wife now uses it too.

Great product
For me, this works so much better than regular l-arginine. I take 1 during the day and 1 just before bedtime.

top-notch supplement
a top-5 supplement in my book. noticeably more effective than every other L-Arginine product i've used in the past. does everything i want from L-Arginine, quickly and without any problems. i've been using it for about 3 months and it continues to impress me.

Worth IT!!
If you are buying this thinking you are getting Nitric Oxide, you are wrong. This product ENHANCES the production of nitric oxide. I use this every time I work out. I take 2 about 30 min before working out. You are not going to be able to lift a train after you take this, but what you will be able to do is go longer and stronger. You will see and fell the difference. I gave a half a bottle to a co-worker and he is now buying them. In two weeks he has gone from 60 lb dumbell flys to 90 lbs. It doesn't make you stronger, it helps you last longer to get stronger. You still have to work out but now you can go longer and harder with less exhaustion.

Not Working
I have read all the good things about AKG, it being more bioavailable, etc. and I was using this as a replacement for L-Arginine. After taking for a couple of months found that it did nothing for NO stimulation. I just retested with the same results, zero. Back to L-Arginine.

Disappointment
I purchased to see if it could benefit me in any positive way. I read the reviews here and elsewhere to learn more. The results are in, it has done nothing at all. I feel exactly the same, as I did before. Not worth it, save your money.

Arginine AKG is the best natural supplement out there!!!!! It beats out ephedra for energy and creatine for strength and mass.

Feel it working
combined this with beta alanine and experienced a niacinlike tingle. knew the blood was flowing smoothly, prior to an intense workout. good product, could be a little less in price.

Ineffective
I'm almost done with my first 90-capsules bottle, taking 3 caps a day and haven't felt anything of the wonders the product claims. I feel I've been wasting my money.

This is a great product. For a little more money than plain L-Arginine you can get this AKG which is MUCH more bio-available [your body can absorb more of it]. It works.

Great Boost
Added this product to my arsenal about a month ago, after 7-10 days I noticed a world of difference! My energy level during my workouts went through the roof, also noticed an increase in strength. My recovery after/between workouts has also been greatly improved. Wonderful product!!

Subtle but helpful energy
I've only been using this supplement for about a month but have been renovating my kitchen and needed extra energy. Taking one capsule early in the morning and another mid-afternoon, I have definitely felt a subtle but noticeable energy boost. No side effects.
One note: I mistakenly took this at 10 PM one night. What a mistake. Couldn't fall asleep until 2 AM, I had so much get up and go!! :( Won't do that again!
