Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take one veggie capsule per day with water on an empty stomach at least two hours before or after a meal. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.

Nattozime I tired using the Nattozime as a replacement for regular Nattokinase. However, I experienced diarrhea. I think it is because Nattozime comes from a fungi rather than the real thing. I am switching back to Nattokinase. I sure wish Swanson would provide larger amount of capsules in their regular Nattokinase products. July 11, 2010
