GREAT FIND
I HAVE TAKEN A PILL THAT SURPRESS CARBS FOR ABOUT ONE YEAR. I HAD BEEN SATISFIED. BUT WHEN I READ THE ARTICILE ON THE X120 I TRIED THEM. THEY ARE NOT ANY LESS EXPENSIVE ..BUT.. YOU DON'T HAVE TO TAKE AS MANY AS THE ONES I HAD BEEN TAKING.
ALSO THEY HAVE BEEN GREAT BECAUSE MY DOWN FALL ARE CARBS AND I THINK THIS ONE IS DOING A GOOD JOB OF WHAT THEY ARE MEANT TO DO, THANK YOU

Seems to be working!!
I'm on my 3rd bottle of C-120X because it seems to work at blocking the "white carb effect". I have a bit of a sweet tooth, love Baskin Robbins, pasta, and cake.
When I've taken a couple of the tablets before eating the bad stuff, my weight stays the same or goes down (depending on how much I've been eating / exercising during the day). In the past, I would pack on the pounds after a single scoop of ice cream and had to be MUCH more careful.
This is a very effective product.

Have never complaint
Great product, convenient pills. But if price decreases seasonally, I would buy more often.

Helps with carb cravings
Whenever I eat carbs, I usually turn into this crazy carb monster and all I want to do is pig out on more carbs. When I take these pills, my carb cravings are satisfied - I am absolutely amazed :-) I agree with reviews that say that this is not a weight loss pill - what this pill really is is a "don't blow your diet" pill. This pill allows me to go out to eat with friends and family and have a "normal" meal. Also, FWIW, I usually take this pill with those chitosan fat blockers cuz most high carb foods are also high fat (pizza, anyone?). I would also like to mention that neither the carb blockers nor the fat blockers give me any gas or bloating.

Doesn't work - Never will
I carefully measure and track all my stats including ketones levels (if in a low carb phase), I tried a few bottles and tested it at different levels of carb intake and every single time it failed to block the digestion of carbs. This product may work in a petri dish but in a human body it fails to produce any measurable effect at blocking digestion of carbs,
There are studies that show it does have some effect. None of those studies were double blind with the participants being isolated and monitored so the results are useless.

Taken these for years.....
I have taken these since Swanson first offered them and find they work well, and love that Dr Oz and many others recommend kidney bean extract for help in weight loss all this time later. I wish they didn't cost so much but am willing to pay. The other brand of C 120X is almost twice as much. I try to buy them when they put them on sale.

Great for my careful diet
I'm on a low carb, low calorie diet. Eating carbs makes me gain weight immediately, but I have a sweet tooth! Eating one of these teeny pills balances the carb effect fro 75 g of carbs.
So...it's like you didn't eat the carbs, as far as carb effect. So, it's not really a weight loss product. It's a not-weight-gain product. I can definitely tell that it's binding to my carbs because I carefully weigh and watch my stools (which are larger after I take the pill). My weight loss stays on its consistent path.
It keeps me from blowing my diet when I splurge!

A Must Have
I recently added this along with Fat Burner and Svetol to my daily weight-loss quest. I had been dieting for six months and couldn't believe how fast the weight started to disappear after adding these three! I'm not sure which of the three is responsible, so I'll continue to use them, along with glucomannan and tonalin cla. I always take a C-120X when having a snack containing carbs. I really believe it helps.

Swanson Ultra Ultimate Carb Control C-120X
I've used this product off and on ever since Swanson's came out with it. When I have used it in the past, I made sure to stay on it at least 3 months at a time. I can't really say that it worked or didn't work. I also have been taking a liposan ultra chitosan for years which blocks fat. (and that REALLY works to eliminate fats on through your body) I have taken other brands of the carb blockers (which are all derived from the white kidney bean) and those were always in a capsule form. I got a much better result with any of the capsules than with these tiny pills (which I actually began to chew them up somewhat before swallowing and still never saw any difference). So as much as I would like to rave on about these little pills...alas, I can not do so in all honesty. Then there is the price...way too high!! I just ordered a new bottle of the Swanson brand combination which has both 'chitosan' and the 'carb blocker' in it. I must admit that I am skeptical...but still hopeful...so I'll let you know how that goes. :-)

definitely works with low carb diet!!
I found this product to be highly effective along with maintaining a low carb diet. That's the key. Also I like that it doesn't upset your stomach and the pills are small and easy to swallow. Add moderate exercise (walking 3 times a week for 30 minutes) and the pounds do come off.

didnt work for me
Another one that didnt work for me. Its the diet thing alot of things wont work for some but will for others this is another one i have tried so many things but nothing to this day has worked.

It Works
I've been using this for a few months and it works. You still need to watch what you eat.
If undecided read the Swansons research article about it.
So easy to keep in your purse or pocket, so it's handy for when you eat out. Small tablets are so easy to discreetly swallow, and with the results you want. No side effects either!

Absolutely the most convenient way to take a carb blocker.
Now, there is good evidence that white bean extract does inhibit the enzyme Amylase. Amylase (from the pancreas) breaks down breads and starches so the component sugars can be absorbed. Inhibiting Amylase slows sugar absorption. Thil lowers insulin and reduces fat gain.
Does it work? Hard to tell. It has no side effects, and, despite adding some carbs my weight is holding steady, so maybe...

Follow the instructions
This item is awesome. It really helps with weight loss. You do have to take it before your meal though for it to work. Very worth it.

I love this product
This product has helped me so much. I've lost weight with this product and another Swanson product (Chitosan). These two are perfect for me. Easy to swallow. Great price!

most helpful
This product works well only if taken 20=30 minutes before a meal. ANy less and it dosen't work at all, so follow directions and you will be satisfied.

I love this product. The small size of the pills make taking them easy to swallow and easy to take with you so you have them whenever you encounter a need to use them

Excellent Product
This product is great! Some carbs are okay, but sometimes ,especially when eating out, you can't avoid eating too many in one meal. This is for those times.

I thought I would see more results with 90 tabs of this and using it every day. I havent shed a pound in three weeks of using it. Im not to sure if it does anything really.

that is not every day, only when we 'feel the need.'
