It Upset My Stomach....... ......unless I take it with plenty of food. Not a problem, really, but I found out the hard way that I have to take this product on a full stomach. Otherwise, it upset my stomach. Nevertheless, the product, itself, is OK, as far as I can tell. February 17, 2012

This didn't Work Well for Us My husband and I both felt really tired all the time when we were taking this... which is exactly the opposite of what this is supposed to do, right? We stopped taking it for a while, then tried it again, and felt really tired again. It could have been a coincidence, or maybe this high of a dosage of Resveratrol, was somehow reacting badly with the grape seed extract complex that we also take? Maybe we were overloadiing in antioxidants?? I don't know if that's even possible... but, we decided just to stick to the grape seed extract complex that we get from Swanson, which I've already given a 5-star review. We have been taking grape seed extract for many years, and I think it may have somethng to do with the fact that I look like I'm in my 30s, even though I am 58. I've heard great things about Resveretrol, but it just didn't suit us for some reason, so we will have to send this one back. I don't want to give up the grape seed extract complex, not when we seem to be getting such excellent results on that. May 20, 2011

Would not want to be without it After taking resveratrol 100 mg for over 6 months, the things that I have noticed are a gentle boost in overall energy combined with improved color and texture of my skin. If that's all I get back, then I think its worth the investment. Based on the literature that I've read about this fascinating product, and the results I have seen, its something I would not want to do without. Get it on a BOGO deal and you can't go wrong. Worth a Try I can certainly see why this is a popular product, I instantly noticed a difference in my energy levels when I started using it. I will continue using it but I I admit still prefer Hawthorn Berries as my main anti-oxidant. Best price ever found I had been buying Resveratrol through the company that advertised it and they were charging $90 per month! One of the problems I was told that could happen was my bones and joints could hurt. They did and I think it was because the dosage was very high. 500mg per day. I was pleased to find the product here at Swanson and there are several different mg available. I went with the 100 mg, I feel great and my skin looks wonderful. Great Product! I have been on Swansons Ultra Resveratrol 100 for at 6 least months now and I can say there definately is a noticeble improvement of the skin texture of my face. All the lines on my forhead are gone and also around my eyes. It didn't help my neck area but all and all what it has done I'm very satisfied with it. January 2, 2010

Keeps you more alert I have been struggling with fatigue for many years and tried a variety of supplements, I usually fell asleep or really struggled to keep awake during seminars.
