Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take one veggie capsule one to two times per day with water on an empty stomach at least two hours before or after a meal. Start with one veggie capsule per day for the first 10 days. Take two veggie capsules per day thereafter. Do not exceed three veggie capsules per day.

WARNING: Do not use if you have a blood coagulation disorder and/or if you are taking any drug that affects blood coagulation such as prescription vitamin K, heparin, or warfarin (coumadin). Consult your healthcare provider before use if you are taking prescription medications or if you are pregnant or nursing.

I am 84 years old , my Father died at the age of 40, My brother died at the age of 42, I do not know what is helping me with my great health but it has to be Swansons Vitamins and the product Nattzimes or Nattokinase. June 8, 2011
Nattokinase I am probably going to try Nattokinase instead of these because I find it inconvenient to wait to 2 hours after or before a meal to take these. I have no problem with this product because I read about the benefits but with Nattokinase you can take them once a day at any time. September 28, 2010
