Worked great at first . . .
When I first bought this I was amazed at how well and fast it worked. I used to crash around 2:30-3:00 every day at work but when I started taking these - no more crashes and there were no jitters or side effects.
I have been on them for almost a year now and I can tell the effectiveness is not what it used to be, Maybe my body has gotten immune to them and I need to take an extra pill in the morning or go off of them for awhile to mix things up. Will give it a try but not giving up on this product yet!

I have recommended this product to many of my friends.
I am able to concentrate & stay focus on my work & then go home after work & get my house work done. I am not jittery ever but do notice when I forget to take because of my energy level. Love love love this product. Can't do without!!!!

Just right amount of energy
I love this energy boost. I have been feeling sluggish and this pill was the perfect "pick-me-up". My mood is great, I have just the right amount of energy without feeling that jitterish feeling like other energy pills give (in fact, I feel like doing a high energy workout right now!). I can focus better and want to do things I normally don't feel motivated to do. It does last all day, and for the price I won't go without it!

gets me through a long work day
I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! As a first-time buyer this really helps me get through a long shift at work on a job I dislike intensely and this job mentally and physically drains me. I was really straining to get through the shift and angry I had to be there, while I look for another job.
I know when I take this product in the morning I have the energy pick up I need to get through the shift.
The energy boost is not a jagged, abrupt kick but is a comfortable and noticeable boost of energy. Where does this energy come from because it's not from me, LOL. It is like someone's invisible hands lifting me and carrying me through the day. Really. I know I can face the day with this product.
It has increased my work performance and I am in a better mood because I have more energy to work with. I know I can rely on this Time-release energy boost to get me through the day. I absolutely love it!

Works excellently, but has some problems
This is perfect for a subtle energy boost that won't have you crashing or so hyper you want to climb walls. I use it on days when I have multiple exams and need to be alert. What I don't like is that for me, it causes massive heartburn!

This works!
I've had this product for over two months now and I can say for sure, it has worked for me. Whenever I know the day's activities are going to require just a little more energy, I take one of these and I can go a bit longer. I do not use them daily as most of the time I am at home but on those other days, this really does the trick for me.

It did nothing.
Gave it to my husband(55); which is Very Healthy. Knock on Wood please. He took it for a month and didn't notice any difference. So I gave our neighbor (33 new Mom) the last 2 bottles and it didn't do anything. Remember, One size fits all is an under statement. Good Luck

Had high hopes...
took a dose at 10:00 am and by 4:00 pm was crashing...i drink coffee every morning so I wonder if taking this pill is too much caffeine for me. could explain the crash. not for me but it works different for everybody i'm sure.

Increased Stamina
My aging body was losing stamina during the day. I tried many formulas to correct this. I started taking this supplement and have been able to keep stamina during the day and stay more focused.

Little effect
I think the ingredients in this product are phenomenal, but it really didn't give me the energy boost that I was hoping for. Maybe because it is timed released?
I'm starting to think that I may be the type of person that needs 2 capsules in the morning instead of the suggested 1 capsule. I still have faith in this product and would recommend anyone to give it a try.

Try if for yourself....what do you have to loose?
I read all of the reviews and they were so mixed..one said its not what its cracked up to be and other said it was awesome..one said its great for long time spans and one said it was not.....I bought it because for the price what did I have to loose? I took them and noticed enduring stamina the first day! It was 90 degrees and I was cleaning a customers house with no A/C. It was hot and nasty but I know this helped me get throught that. All I can say is for the price break down and try it....what can it hurt?

excellent product
i generally have to take two of these in the morning instead of one, but I can certainly tell a difference. i have energy all day without feeling jittery. very good for the price.

Worked for first few days....
I purchased the "Buy 1 get 1 free" for my husband and I to try out. We both agree that for the first few days it worked great...Nice "lift" of energy and no amped up feelings...but after a few days of use we both noticied it seemed to stop working. It's a shame because it really was a great natural energy boost for those first few days.

BLAST OFF
Eurekaaaa! No more feeling down and weak. No more feeling like "I can't do it". This really perks me up. 2nd day on it still feel it. If you want to reduce caffeine, this is a great alternative.

Too much for me
I wanted a reliable energy boost. This was too strong for me. Even taking it in the morning, it kept me going after bedtime at night.

Works in the Best Way
This product has been a wonderful resource for me with my wacky work schedule. Maybe the negative reviewers expect a coffee-sort of instant rush. Here's my experience. Take one or two of these caps, and in an hour or so you will stop fighting the snooze effect. You'll just do your job comfortably and alert, with no coffee jitters, and no nodding off.
For me, it wears off in about 6 hours. So time it thoughtfully for good sleep later.

Timed Release Energy Boost
These are great! Whenever I'm feeling really tired & wiped out, I take a couple of these & they perk me right up... but they don't make you feel like you've taken too much of something that makes you feel all shaky, etc...
