Take in combination with Zeaxanthin
I experienced no side effects. Small, easy to swallow. Taken in combination with Swanson Ultra Zeaxanthin. Ongoing research will hopefully provide the needed evidence for eye health benefits but I am happy to report that I have personally experienced sharper vision. I see brighter colors and have better night vision. Highly recommended.

I started using this in the summer and when I ran out, I noticed a difference. I buy the large size now so I don't run out any more! and I HAVE recommended this to my family and friends!

Works in combination for me
Eye doc told me I needed to strengthen my eyes. So I started looking for solutions. I found that this product combined with the Swanson Bilberry Plus formula and the Country Life Resveratrol Plus formula really worked for me. The Resveratrol Plus 1 cap 2x/day, others 1 cap 1x/day. HTH.

Best Supplement for the Eyes
I've compared this product to other vision supplements, and none of them come close to this one. It may cost a bit, but similar supplements would cost more, and still wouldn't have all the same quality ingredients or dosages. Money well spent for the eyes!

Good Value for Comprehensive Eye Ingredients
I have been taking this for a few weeks. I chose it as the best value for "eye vitamins." I am also using the Cambridge Institute's Program for Better Vision.

Seeing is believing.
I have been using Ultra Eyes Alive for several years. Recently, I had to visit my Eye Doctor for an exam. He commented on how good my pressure was for my age. I have compared other products to Swanson's and the price is lower for the same or equivalent strength and quantity.

"Out of Sight!"
I am Mr. Senior Citizen who once had dry eyes, red eyes, fluctuating visual acuity, and so on. I did the research years ago and found that the Royal Aif Force pilots of WWII had already discovered the enhancing effects of bilberry especially for night flying. Consequently, I found that Swanson had done further research and has added commensurate natural ingredients to their EyesAlive product. I agree with other reviewers of this product in that it is pricey. However, I also agree with my "ophthalmologist's" statement of "your eyes are looking more healthy".
Therefore, this senior citizen considers the EyesAlive product the most cost effective vision insurance that can be obtained.

The Eyes Have it
If preventive maintenance is good enough for a car, how much more so for our precious eyesight. Working on a computer has been a strain for me and I want to keep myself in focus until the day when it is time for me to exit "out of this world". Therefore, I consider this product out of this world to me in safeguarding my assets.

Results You Can "See"
I've been using this product for at least a few years or more, and I have truly "seen" the results; My annual eye exams showi improvement each year, though I am now 60 years old. . Taking this supplement is the only change I've made that could attribute for this improvement. Though I wish the price were less, I continue to buy it because of the results I've seen. I highly recommend this product.

Excellent eye supplement!
Driving a truck for a living you depend on your eyes an awful lot. I found this supplement to be a good blend of not just Lutein but other ingredients to help keep your eyes healthy. A sound investment, and at a decent price. Swanson delivers again!

Wonderful Product
I've been taking Eyes Alive for several years, and after my last vision check-up, the doctor said I have young eyes! I take two capsules every day. This product contains a substantial amount of all the ingredients that promote eye health, so you don't have to buy them separately. It's a little pricey, but can you really put a price on your eyes -- I don't think so.

I purchased this blend of vitamins for eyes after doing reading on nutrients that support eye health. My husband works using a computer screen all day and I felt that I needed to do as much as possible to keep his eyes healthy.

solid value
Compared the eye health brand advertised by Paul Harvey with Ultra Eyes Alive and found most ingredients were the same and in about the same amounts. Of course the Paul Harvey brand was way more expensive.

Excellent product
I take 2 or 3 caps. a week of Eyes Alive as I also take other Swanson billberry etc. too. I feel billberry, lutein, etc. have helped my eyes a lot. At 61 I still don't use glasses. My last eye exam the doctor said: " You have extremely healthy eyes!"

The Lutein Softgels are a better value!
I noticed a marked improvement with the Lutein alone and thought I would try this as it comes highly recommended. I made the mistake of buying two bottles before trying it. Just goes to show you that what may work for one person may not work for another. Before spending your hard earned money on this product, I would recommend trying the Lutein!

Eye See the Light!
I truly love this product. This is the first product I ever ordered from Swanson. I wear contacts that you can leave in for 30 days at a time. I'd occasionally have minor dryness and irritation issues. After using for six months, I had my regular eye appointment. My doctor thought my eyes looked very healthy and I told him what I was taking and how I thought it was helping. The combination of ingredients in this product has left me with very happy results and I expect to have many more happy optometrist appointments.
