Feel a difference

Works!
Tried black cohosh, krill oil, evening primrose oil, etc. but still had awful night sweats. This worked great after a couple of weeks. Worth a shot!

30 caps with no affect
I tried a bottle of Pycnogenol along with L-Arginine, and only felt a slight flushing in my face the first time I took it. The other 29 days had no affect. I take a lot of supplements (vitamins, fish oil, flaxseed oil, etc.) so perhaps I wouldn't have noticed any increase in energy, or any other impact on my body. I had been taking L-Arginine for a few months and thought the combination of that and Pycnogenol might have produced some effects. I won't purchase Pycnogenol again and will most likely stop taking L-Arginine.

best so far
I learned about pycnogenol from Dr Sears ,this product gave me great results ,
.the only reason i gave 4 for over all is because Swanson uses Magnesium Sterate , I wish if they relinquish the use of it , Magnesium Stearate creates a light film on your stomach wall after a while and it prevents full absorption of nutrients.please Swanson find an alternative to MS.

Not as effective as another brand
My husband tried the Swanson Pycnogenol and felt it didn't work as well for him as another brand he's used in the past.

Good product
I was told that this product helps suppliments cross the blood-brain barrior. I can tell that my other suppliments don't work nearly as well, if I don't take this.

no more searching around
First, pycnogenol is great for health (please study its benefits). Secondly, I did a lot of comparisons and Swanson's has better potency with lower cost than other products. I only wish Swanson can combine pycnogenol with Swanson Red Antioxident Team. There is another product with red antioxidents+pycnogenol, but its potency cannot compare with Swanson's and the price of that product is ridiculously high for its value. Anyway, no need to search around. Swanson is it!

not what I expected
I purchased this product to reduce hot flashes due to menopause. I took it for 30 days and received no relief. Maybe that was not long enough but I felt my symptoms were getting worse instead of better. I have returned the 2 other bottles I ordered.

Works for me
Sometime ago I read about a research project which concluded that elderly people taking 150mg of Pychogenol daily showed an improvement in function and memory. While I personally have no baseline from which to measure results, just doing something to ward off the negatives of getting older feels good! I'm retired. I love being retired. I want to continue to enjoy being retired. I want to feel good - and taking pychogenol does that for me. There is no way to show proof. You must try it to see if it works for you.

Didn't work for me
I tried the Pycnogenol for joint health and noticed no benefit. Perhaps I did not take it long enough and may give it another try in the future.

What a surprise!
Not only do I just feel better, Im not tired all day and the intense hot flashes Ive been having for 13 years are now barely noticeable. Pycnogenol is the only change in my routine. After the first bottle I was surprised, after the second bottle I now believe supplements really do have something to offer. Surprise, surprise!!!!

I have been taking pycnogenol for about 16 years. Pycnogenol was fairly new to the USA 16 years ago, and there were not many brand name choices. Over the years, I have found quite a few different companies selling pycnogenol, as it has grown in popularity. I was always searching for the best deal, as pycnogenol is not a cheap supplement.
