This is my husband's choice for a vitamin supplement. He is very happy with it after using it for several years.

Keeps my Dad going!
My dad likes this product and it seems to keep him active - he is nearly 85. At this stage of life, he doesn't always eat like he should. It is reassuring to know he is getting essential nutrients everyday in this formulation. We like the fact there is no added iron.

vitamins
while there is no perfect vitamin or supplement, this is a good one. just add a few extras like calcium and it beats the better known brands

Swanson Ultra Whole Food Mulit without iron
Taking a whole food multi vitamin makes sense to me. I am very satisfied with the product and find it easy to digest.

Best blend of multi and best price
This is similar to another product I took for years but got too expensive. I can tell a difference when I run out and try another brand. The price for these can not be beat for the vitamin. Packed full of good herbs and vitamins at just the right amounts.

Best Multi-vitamin
I noticed an overall improvement in my energy level which helps with my fitness plan. It goes down well with no stomach troubles. I will stick with this vitamin for life.

Daily
I take one or two of this multi daily for broad spectrum nutritional needs. Swanson does have a more complete and potent formula, but i use this one among many other supplements for daily requirements.

Pretty good
I would have rated this product higher, except one of the herbal ingredients give me a headache. Also, you have to take 3. Mega Foods has a whole food vitamin that is excellent that doesn't give me a headache, is only 2 capsules per serving and doesn't turn your urine bright yellow. This one by Swansons does all that to me. However, the Mega Foods brand is extremely expensive so I decided to give this a try. It may work great for someone else. It really is a good price.

Great MultiVitamin
This is a great whole foods vitamin.It has excellent ingredients and you can't beat the price for the quality. I also like the fact that I can take one in the morning, afternoon and evening to get the most even amount of energy.

Whole Food Multy Vitamins
I didn't like the product at all: in addition to take 3 (three!) pills a day, my skin started peeling off my fingers on the third day of taking the pills. I will never buy it again!
It doesn't fit for me, it doesn't matter that it is a bad product. For somebody it might be good. It might be good for you, you have to try to know.

Fundamental Support
I've been taking these for some time. Used to take one twice a day which was less than recommendation. Now taking two twice a day. I think this should certainly cover my foundational needs. (Make sure there is a verified requirement before ever supplementing iron.)
I have no way to evaluate "Quality" or "Effectiveness". That's why they are rated 4 leaves along with "Overall Rating". I'm sure there are better products, but not for this price!

No better comprehensive multi out there
For a whole food product that runs the gamut on ingredients, including a whole gram each of C and spirulina, this is a great value that I'll be back for many times. Since it's whole food, you don't need to have it with a meal, just water. I use it in combo with the Albion multi-mineral, the fish oil + D3, and some extra folic acid and it doesn't leave very many nutrient gaps to worry about. Great job finding this one, Swanson!

I've finally found a multi that I can take without upsetting my stomach. I also like that you only have to take one 3x per day.

Like with reservation
I have been a big fan of this Whole Food Vitamin, however, I have been noticing the product was produced over one year ago. This leads me to question the product. I am growing concerned, and I am starting to suspect it is too old and has lost it nutrition value, and, therefore, a waste of money. If the product was produced one or two months prior to my purchase than I would be happy - but one two years? NO WAY !

Too Large for Comfort
Normally have no problem swallowing capsules, tablets, pills -- period. But with this tablet, I did. Not only that, it made me nauseous as soon as swallowed ....several times. Thought about taking trouble to cut in half, but decided against it & will return the bottle. Perhaps Swanson's mfg. can figure out how to formulate in a smaller size or in a Softgel ....because the formula is pretty awesome.
I love Swanson and order many products..... also love that "if not satisfied, can return at Swanson cost within a year -- all or empty bottle". Swanson is a great source of Health Products and I share with anyone in need of same.

I have taken Swanson Products for two years, and have been completely satisfied with the products. I resently purchased the Swanson Ultra Whole Food Multi without iron. The tablet is very large and not coated, which causes difficulty when trying to swallow. I have had to split the tablet into thirds to be able to swallow it. This is very inconvient when I take it at my job.

Not For Me
I wish these worked for me but they don't. Maybe there is just too much in them that is more than my body needs & makes me sluggish digesting it all. Not long after taking just one I get sleepy. After I finish this bottle, I will try something else that is better for energy.

I am very happy with these vitamins, and am re-ordering. Yes, they are very big, that is the only downfall, but I have no problem swallowing them. That is the only reason I gave 4 stars on value and convenience. Don't make them smaller if it changes the effectiveness!

Very good value
This product is a very complete formula of overall nutrient levels, which I would recommend for effective basic nutrition support. Most age groups would benefit from using it.

This Multivitamin has it all!
This multivitamin is green is from the green product line and many supplements included in it so I do not have to get some of them separately. It is well balanced and will provide almost anything that need a general multivitamin. I have taken this for awhile and when its BOGO or one sale I always stock up! I do wish it came in capsule form because I swallow capsules much easier.

Why THREE?
The large pills are hard to swallow. Why not make four (4) smaller ones and take two in the morning and two at night?
Sadly, I have not noticed any difference from taking these vitamins. I will repost if that changes.
