Swanson Ultra DIM
Tried instead of Nature's Way DIm-Plus (which I also buy from Swanson). The bottles offer only a couple weeks supply. The dosage for me worked out to 3 pills a day (one in AM and two in PM). The Nature's Way takes two pills AM and PM). But the Nature's Way comes in 120 pill bottles so don't have to order as often.

DIM is great
DIM does what it's supposed to for me. Swanson provides great quality and service at a very affordable price.

Not to sure once i looked at the lable
The label on this product says that there is 100mg of Bio-DIM.
However if you look closer it says that there is only 25% DIM in the "Bio-DIM"
Im thinking this means that their is only 25mg of actual DIM per cap.
This is a little confusing and not appreciated

hot flashes
I don't know if this will work for everyone but within a few days I no longer have flashes. I feel so much better since taking this. I am ordering more.

Great Product!
I tried this product after reading the excellent reviews here and doing my own research. Would definitely recommend to any man over 50. Not a cure all, but I have experienced quantifiable benefits from this product. At this price, this is a no brainer as part of my everyday supplement plan.

just starting taking DIM after reading the reviews on what it can do. Great price and shipping was fast. Oh yes, havent taken it long enough to give a report.

Ask for this product at your local health food store and you will be dismayed at the cost. Swanson provides excellent quality for an excellent price.

Happy to have found this!
I have been taking this product for six months. After one month I noticed I was no longer having monthly mood swings or hot flashes. It has helped me enter this phase of my life so smoothly that I am grateful, and so is my husband!
