These really work!
This is the BEST melatonin I have ever tried. I have tried the higher mg dose and it was not as effective as this one. I had been taking this awhile (over a year) when I noticed the effectiveness starting to diminish slightly so now I take two at bedtime instead of one and I am back to sleeping soundly all through the night with no trips to the bathroom during the night. I wake up feeling refreshed - never groggy. Thanks Swanson for making a great product at such a great pirce, Now I just need them to go on BOGOF sale again so I can stock up.

Much needed help.
The Swanson Ultra dual-release melatonin tablets work really well for me. My doctor recommended melatonin for better sleep, and the dual release formula works now and later to help me stay asleep.

Dual Release Not For Me
I thought the dual release melatonin would assist with having a deeper sleep throughout the night. This did nothing for me. I have since tried Swanson's regular 3mg capsules and I sleep like a baby through the night.

Doesn't work for me
i've tried both the dual-release and the capsules and the capsules are ten times more effective. I honestly don't feel anything with the dual-release. The capsules make me sleep so hard I struggle to wake up in the morning but it's a more restful sleep.

Contains Artificial Color
This doesn't work as well as the 3mg. melatonin for me. Also, I am very disappointed that it contains artificial color so that I'm going to send it back. Swanson's Sam-e also contains artificial color. That's why I buy Doctor's Best Sam-e.

lactose warning!
These pills contain lactose and are NOT for the lactose-intolerant! For those who handle dairy well, they are very effective, and seem to be without side effects.

Remember to look at the label!
After receiving our Swanson order of melatonin, I was very discouraged to find that this contained artificial colors. (Would guess Red 40) I had forgotten to look at the label- which only shows how much I trust Swanson's to produce a quality supplement. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product.

Melatonin - Dual Release
My husband and I both take this every night before going to bed. We sleep great all night. Recommend it often to others who have trouble staying asleep!!! Great, reasonable product.

Wonderful
I have used melatonin for a couple years and just recently tried the dual release kind from Swanson. It is great. I fall asleep and stay asleep. If I do wake-up in the middle of the night I can fall right back to sleep. I don't feel groggy at all in the morning. I am a pretty light sleeper and I do still wake up fairly often but unlike before I started taking this product I can usually fall asleep again within a few minutes. I have recommended this to friends. I always was a good sleeper in my youth but since I started menopause I have a hard time sleeping, this does the trick for me.

Made me feel weird
For someone who can take melatonin, this is probably a great product. However, my history with melatonin has always been feeling jittery and keeping me awake instead of getting sleepy. I was hoping the time-release would be different. I even took it in the morning to see if it made any difference in my overall well-being, but I was still jittery.

I have tried melatonin before and usually wake up after 3 or 4 hours. This one seems to last throughout the night.

Melatonin WORKS
I've been taking Melatonin for a few years to help me fall asleep. Melatonin WORKS! I like the Swanson version because they have a time-release effect, plus their pricing is attractive. I have no hesitation in using ANY Swanson product. I am very satisfied & happy that I don't have to go to 2 or 3 different places for my supplements any more

Plain & simple, its a great product
I was blown away at how effective this product is.
20 minutes after I take it, I can feel the wave of relaxation that embraces me.
But the best part is that even if I need to get up in the night, I fall right back to sleep.
And getting up in the morning, I don't feel like I woke up in a fog bank.
Extremely well priced and very effective.
Its a winner....case closed!

Helpful
This product surprised me. I have tried melatonin before but it never kept me from waking up during the night. The time-release seems to make all the difference! And it is priced very reasonably . Very pleased.

Excellent Product!!
I would highly recommend this product to anyone who has trouble falling asleep and/or staying asleep. I have recommended it to several family members and each of them has had the same great results when taking the Dual-Release Melatonin. The price is amazing as well. Very Effective!!!!!
If you have trouble staying asleep throughout the night, this will definitely help! I am normally the lightest sleeper and anything will wake me up. Taking this, nothing woke me up, not even my alarm. I was in the deepest sleep but some times woke up a little bit groggy. It definitely was very effective and I would recommend it.

Best results ever
I tried this because it was on sale. The dual-release property gives me what I didn't know I needed or could obtain. I love it!!! It works SO WELL. I have been using it ever since I tried it and I'll never go back to regular melatonin again. How well it works! I highly recommend it. Try it and see for yourself what a difference it can make. I am able to get a better and longer night's sleep since I started using it.

great product
This melatonin works very well. For some people waking after a few hours occurs with melatonin so this product addresses that circumstance. Works for me.

Helps me sleep
I take this with L-Tryptophan (500mg), L-Theanine (100mg), Lemon Balm, and Passion Flower, Scullcap Complex (2 capsules). This combination helps me get to sleep and wake refreshed in the morning.
