Best Magnesium I've Ever Purchased
I have tried other brands of chelated magnesium and this is the only one I have been able to tolerate. I sought out Albion based on recommendations by a nutritionist that their formulation is particularly easy to tolerate and have found it to be true. Swanson provides minerals by Albion at the best price I have been able to find (more than 50% less than other places I have found). This is a great product at a great value. I take this product everyday and if I miss a dose, I really notice the difference in how I feel.

Thankful for Magnesium
This is one of the forms of Magnesium recommended in a Magnesium book I read which taught about the many benefits of Magnesium.
I'm an athlete who sweats a lot and was likely low in Mag. After supplementing it, I greatly improved many issues I had. Also helps relax me - a bonus!
I recommend this form of Mag to almost everyone.

Chelated is the way to go.
I am taking more of the chelated supplements due to the greater absorbancy with them. Swanson has a quality product for a fair price.

Great Magnesium
This particular variety of magnesium is well tolerated due to it patented formulation. Also, Swanson adds ginger and pepper fruit to make it even better absorbed. Great value for this quality of Albion magnesium from Swanson. You cannot get better magnesium than this for muscle relaxation and sleep.

Love this product!
I have tried other magnesium supplements and like this one best of all. I feel much better after taking it with lot's more energy and for my over-all health. I take one capsule with my breakfast and one capsule with my lunch. I don't take any later in the day since I find that the energy it gives me will keep me awake at night. This is a very good product and I find Swanson's to be an excellent distributer to work with.

Good source
This form of Mg is the best that can be absorbed by the body. Over intake of Magnesium causes diarrhea and I noticed that for me - the amount is 300 mg per dose. I now take 200 mg 3 times a day. Remember Mg needs to be balanced against Calcium (generally 1:2 ratio) but Magnesium is more readily destroyed than Calcium during cooking so taking Mg supplements is a good thing.
I only wish that Swanson would print the amount of elemental Magnesium on the bottle so that we can calculate how much is being absorbed.

I love this Albion chelated form of magnesium. I have tried different forms of magnesium in the past but they all gave me some discomfort.
Albion chelated minerals are really gentle, no negative side effects at all and from my own experience they are very well absorbed. Thank you Swanson for making this product available!
I use this together with other Albion chelated minerals to make sure I get a good ratio of all the important minerals every day.
I highly recommend this product.

Good stuff!
This magnesium is very good. I could tell within three days after I started taking it that it was making a real difference. There are a lot of magnesium supplements that are not easily absorbed, but this is. I think it's the best I've ever had!
