Different shape
I got a good deal on this product but was surprised at the shape. I was used to the white oval shaped Jelly type pills. These are Orange, oblong capsules.
Sorry I can't tell you the effectiveness of the product.

Stumped on this one
I really don't know if this stuff works or not. I was using Ubiquinol when it was on sale - didn't know what that was doing to me either. Sorry, don't know how I'm suppose to feel differently.

Discolored capsules
The top layer of capsules in this bottle were discolored from solid pink to darker pink dots. non were broken.
I think the heat was the cause as was with the Omega 3.
Is the quality ok?

Happy with
We have taken CoQ10 for a long time. It's one of those things that it's hard to know if it's working but the price and content seem good. We have heard that soft gels are more effective than capsules. Maybe that's why the capsules are less expensive?
Will have to do more research.

200 mg hits the mark
I take this 200 mg dosage daily and have found this product to be just right for me.

I have been taking CoQ10 100mg 2x a day for a couple of years and have also tried Ubiquinol 60mg. I tried this 200mg form which is powdered in capsule not a gel cap as were the 100mg and 400mg (was taking 1 every other day).
I find that this 200mg works for me but I also take it with an EFA, a must as Co Q10 is poorly absorbed in powder form and must be taken with a healthy fat to be effective.
This is a great deal for a vital supplement.

Expensive but worth it
Swanson's price is reasonable compared to other sources, and I like getting the higher dosage that is hard to find elsewhere. Already repurchased twice.

not as good
We have been using the Swanson 100 mg gel caps for some time; tried the 200 mg capsules for convenience. The only trouble is that we have to take EFAs with them, and they still don't have the effect that the gel caps have. We have switched back to the 100 mg gel caps, which are the best deal for quality and price that we have been able to find.

Co Q10 product
I take 200mg each day and I like the way I feel during the day. I did some research on the benefits of Co-enzyme Q10, and hope my health benefits from it like some of the studies suggest. Swanson Ultra products are a very good deal from service to product quality.

Great stuff
