Keep Your Eyesight I have been taking this product for quite some time. I think it is partly responsible for good reports on my eye exams. My eyes have not changed in about ten years. I do have reading glasses but depending on glare and a good sleep at night, I often spend most of the morning reading small print on a computer screen without my glasses. I would suggest that the other component to go with lutein is alpha lipoic acid. October 10, 2007
