Anthocyanins are important, but this isn't a lot
From what I found in blueberry studies, each of these pills is roughly equivalent to 5 grams of fresh blueberries. That might be enough to do you good, but it isn't a lot.

great stuff!
i use the blueberry extract because i have a tendabcy to forget all my fruits in my diet every day.....my skin,my hair,my overall well-being depends on this product...buy it...it is awesome!!!! it's youth in a bottle....and such a awesome price!!!! thank-you always swanson's for delivering on your promises!!!

antioxidants
I seem to not notice it's effects. I would only guess that it has improved my overall health in a way that is not apparently discernible

best product for your money
I have researched on blueberry extract pills and the information was very confusing because each company gives you different information so you can't really know if you are comparing apples with apples. I finally bought this and tried it and bought another brand that supposed to be about the same potency and tried that. Swanson's blueberry extract is definitely a much more superior product, hands down and costs much less than the other brand.

Great Purchase
Someone told me that blueberries can help promote healthy brain function. This product has helped me alot. Forget about the recommended dosage. take 2 capsules 3 times a day and you will feel the difference. It has naturally occuring antioxidants and phytonutrients that seem to do the trick. the best part is that this little blue pill has a sweetness to it.

Persistance
I have found that this product delivers over the long haul. No immediate effects, but as time passes I have noticed improvement in the areas this product professes to aid.

clarity regained
Early results were disappointing. This is no "quick cure," but as time went on, this 73 year-old professional experienced a noticeable (and welcome) return of memory functions and clarity of thought. I had used blueberries for some time, but often had to miss my daily portion. I decided to strengthen the effect by using this supplement. I am very pleased with the result. I still use the berries, but I believe my recovery has been more consistent since I have added this product to my nutritional routine.
