spirulina+chlorella=super greens!!
I like to take this along with my organic spirulina tablets because it does a better job of detoxifying my body of unwanted materials. Taking both will double the health benefits and make me happier!!^^

Possible long term benefits
This product is from the green foods line. I take this for the possible benefits it could have for cleaning up my system. Our bodies collect lots of things over there years and this product could possible contribute to cleaning them out your system. I think think theory behind this product is sound. They also sell this from an other manufacturer also. I chose this version based on price, quantity and knowing that Swanson makes a product at least an equal with a brand named maker. For those looking for a green alternative for making cleansing the system of impurities this may do the trick. I am going to continue this for a long time as I believe in green foods.

Green Is GOOD
I purchased a bottle of BCW Chlorella when my favorite my favorite Swanson's Essential Greens Powder was out of stock. I added the powder to my smoothies and did the same with Chlorella.
I have to say that I felt more energized and enjoy the flavor the powder greens adds to my fruit/tofu/soy milk smoothies. With a pinch of Stevia of course.
As a substitute, this tab form is ok, but too many fillers listed on the label. Back to powder for me.

Great Chlorella
Due to the fact the Kyoto Brand is temporally out of stock, I tried this Chlorella. And I was not disappointed one bit. I gave it a 4 in Effectiveness because I don't think it is quite as good as the Kyoto, but still the 2nd best Chlorella I have EVER tried. And that's saying something!!! Plus it's nice not having to take as many pills (these are 500mg). It's just a great product & you can't go wrong with it. I have already ordered some more.

While I think the Swanson Kyoto brand is a better product, this Swanson Broken Cell Wall Chlorella is also a very good product.
If you can snag it on a BOGO free deal, its hard to beat the value.
I am very satisfied with this product and will be buying it again.

Chlorella
I DO like the Kyoto brand a little better, but cannot always afford it. The Swanson version is a GREAT deal and it is also 'Broken Cell Wall', unlike some store brands and without that, the body cannot truely absorb all the nutrients. Can't really say if it's doing any good, but anything that comes from plant life is always good for the body.

Very nice but theres more...
i like them,but after seeing the filler in these ones i know im switching to the swanson kyoto brand ones...you can see the white speaks though out it...not much and price cant be beat but if you can afford it go for the best you can.its your body,treat it well.im happy i found them and happily take the 6 a day,but im sure i wont need 6 of the koyoto brand ones.

great for bad breath...
I have a friend who always seemed to have bad breath, not because of bad oral hygiene but especially after eating high acid foods (spaghetti sauce or salsa) or high protein (steaks, etc). So I introduced Chlorella to her and within 15 minutes after taking it, her bad breath was practically eliminated. She takes it everyday now, and the problem has vanished. Plus all the good reasons to take Chlorella, if you are embarrassed about your breath or someone else's do them a favor and introduce them to this product. Remember, this isn't going to help you if you don't bother to brush your teeth );

I have been reading that this product takes aluminum out of the body. If this is true then it is
taking other stuff out of the body also. That's why i have been using it for about two years.

Plants are Good for You
Plants are good for you just the same as vegetables and fruit. When it was originally discovered Tchlorella was originally touted as the solution to world hunger but they found it was too expensive to harvest. They then found it had medicinal value. I like the idea of using it and it fits nicely into my daily regime.

I have been using this Chlorella for a while now and it's definitely the best value I've found. It's an excellent grade and the bottle last a long time. Your body adapts to the introduction of this product after about 3 days or so; very quickly. And you can tell the detox benefits from it. Superb.

Excellent is all I have to say! For years I use to use all sorts of retail store vitamins and suppliments. Then I visited Swanson online. I read about Swanson Chlorella. It has everything I wanted in one product. I got my first order in 2004 and my recent last month. A great thing is hard to find and this is one great find!

Will buy again only if desperate
I tried this after using the Kyoto brand thinking to save money. Needless to say, I was disappointed. It does not dissolve well at all. My bm went from a nice green color (which is when you know you're getting enough chlorella) to the usual brown; and I was supposedly getting a higher dosage. I also noticed I felt much better with the Kyoto's than this...more energy, etc. I think the fillers and binders are what keeps this product from being absorbed properly. I finally went out and bought some organic chlorella from our local health food store while placing another order with Swanson's for the large size Kyoto brand of chlorella. Take my advice...pay the extra price for the Kyoto. It's really worth it and not that much more expensive when compared to the others out on the market. Especially if you consider you don't need to take anything else (though I use organic spirulina and Lugol's iodine). Only buy this brand if nothing else is available.

Good product!
This seems to work great for my wife and I. We both use it to maintain regularity and it works fine. It's very affordable but you have to remember to take it two or three times a day. The dose of 6 really should be spread out through out the day. It works for us.

Excellent Value
This chlorella product gives me energy. Swanson has the best price I've found. I took one leaf off the quality because there are other brands that have slightly higher quality but the price difference warrants buying this product plus getting the same energy benefit as the higher priced brands that I've used.

Good value
I like the size of these more than the smaller ones because I use a lot. Some body functions have improved thanks to chlorella and other things. Note that Swanson sells a chlorella powder for those with trouble swallowing, but it is less easy to use though great in salads.
