good potency product
I HAVE USE THIS PRODUCT A LOT OF TIMES,IS A GOOD POTENCY VITAMIN BUT SOMETIMES GIVE ME STRONG HEADACHE. FOR BETTER RESULTS I USE IT WITH A HIGH POTENCY MULTIVITAMIN 1-2 HOURS BEFORE THE TIME AND REALLY WORKS.

Doesn't work
Bought the product (2-per day) to enhance activity a lot, but all it does is give me headaches. Tried 1 a day cut in half, but still no satisfactory results. I do not recommend it as I saw no advantages or changes from this product.

This has improved our love life. We use it with another vitamin and have AWESOME results.

Product strength
I find this product to be poor in strength and
effectiveness for men in an older age catagory
and unneccassaryly expensive as with other products such as phosphatidylserine and others that are never put on a two for one sale but are kept artificially high priced even for Swansons.

good product
This product works very well on a daily basis. I have taken this daily for over 3 years and found it works as described. I take one and a half capsules daily as a supplement and may add a half or whole capsule if Im feeling a little tired before playing. The only trouble I have had is swallowing the capsule...They are very "sticky" and dont go down well. I simpley chew them. They are somwhat spicy, but not that unpleasant. Chewing also seems to increase the effectiveness on short notice.

No Change
I was expecting more than what the product delivered. Reading the reviews it sounded promising. Reality is I noticed no enhancement of intimacy or pleasure. Kind of a disappointment after reading what others had experienced.

Effective
I have tried many of the name brand and advertised products that claim to do the same thing this product does. Most of them are 4 to 5 times more expensive and none that I have tried have helped me as much as this product has.

Energy Increased
I am a Jogger. Try to run four times each week for approximately thirty minutes. Have noticed less muscle stress and soreness after using for one month. Very effective product.

Disappointment
When we bought this product my husband was excited, but has ended up disappointed. It does help him feel more like he use to, but doesn't preform like it says it will. Helps with his overall health as far as feeling more energetic, but no difference in any other area. It works well enough that he will probably continue taking it unless we find something that works better.

Read the Warning, Please
I'd never had problems with products containing yohimbine before, but while using this product I experienced some of those listed on the label.
Glad this works for many; disappointed I couldn't take it. If you plan to use this or any product, then my advice is to read Swanson's label instructions and warnings carefully.

staying ready
I've been using this product for a couple years now, to use this product safely and wisely, here are some tips. First, do not take tablet whole! break into half or 3 pieces, and take 3/4 hours apart as they are very potent and will raise heart rate up somewhat. A full tablet taken at once will really give you a rush, but not necessary to be effective, Swallow tablet pieces quickly and with liquid, as it can leave a burning sensation in throat.
Are they effective? You bet they are!! I take these around they day of possibility and generally will be ready the next day with also.
These are also good for keeping weight in line since they do increase body metabolism if taken on a consistance bases.
