Ingredients: Each 300 mg tablet contains as active ingredients: Ambra grisea 6X, Cocculus indicus 12X, Coffea cruda 12X, Passiflora incarnata 2X, Scutellaria lateriflora 6X, Zincum valerianicum 6X. Each 300 mg tablet contains as inactive ingredients: Lactose USP, magnesium stearate.

Dosage: Adults 18 and over: 1 to 2 tablets sublingually or dissolved completely in mouth 30 to 60 minutes before going to bed or as directed by a physician.

WARNINGS: If symptoms persist or worsen, a physician should be consulted. As with any drug, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a healthcare professional before using this product. Store tightly closed at room temperature. Protect from light and moisture. Keep this and all medicines out of the reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, contact a poison control center immediately.

It works... This product is remarkably effective. It promotes a calm, relaxed feeling and I fall asleep quickly. The tablet takes a little while to dissolve and has a slightly sweet flavor with a chalky texture. August 19, 2010
did not like at all I tried this product twice so far , and on both nights I seemed to even have more difficulty than i usually have falling asleep. I threw the rest of the container out today July 22, 2010
ahhh got these yesterday, took 2 last night, got real sleepy and went to sleep.. something that never happens for me. i've tried all kinds of things and some worked somewhat but not as fast and as well as i wanted. these do, i'm very impressed. i think i'm one of the hardest people to get to sleep because i just can't shut my brain off at night. i really like this product!! thanks June 16, 2010
Disappointed I don't have problems falling asleep the problem is awakening after 3-4 hours. I purchased this product hoping that it would help. It hasn't. I've been using it nightly for two weeks taking two tablets before going to bed. I've even taken two additional tablets upon waking, but again to no avail. I will have to continue my search something that works. June 9, 2010
No help at all! I've been pleased with all of the other products I've purchased from Swanson. However, this product honestly did absolutely nothing to help me relax or go to sleep. I was really disappointed! May 17, 2010
