Seems to control appetit reasonably. It has helped with the "See Food Diet Syndrome" - that is, you see food, you eat it.

Didn't work
This product did not work for me at all. I agree with another reviewer who stated the only value in this product is the exercise you get while running away from it.

Good product
The product does seem to help control appetite, which is quite helpful.

Product does what it claims to do
This little pill is just amazing.I have always had a problem with grazing and this helps control that.I have had no cravings either.Its a big help with losing weight.
The best part about this pill is that you can eat and enjoy your normal meal but you dont feel like getting a second helping.
It has no side effects.

It worked for me!
I have always been fat then I found this obesity control product, I read the reviews some good some bad and I thought what have I got to lose. So I tried it and so far I can eat like a normal person. If I am not hungry and I just want to eat that horrid I need to eat something feeling I can take one of these and it stops. I can go on until I actually feel hungry then Im not over eating, I can set and eat a normal size meal and walk away. To me this is a life saver I have to lose the weight so far have dropped 15 pounds and feel great. Thanks Swanson for having this product available.

Helped me
I need all the help I can get, as I've had a compulsive eating habit since I was in grade school. It's a habit very intense when emotionally or physically stressed. I have found this product helpful. It may not work by calming my appetite immediately, but it works fairly quickly. I love that you can take it even if you've eaten a meal and are wanting to eat right away again. Most homeopathic products recommend you not eat or drink for 30 minutes or more on either side of usage. I will keep it on hand. It's helping me to my weight loss goal of 90 lbs.

Broke the cycle.
This product really worked for me. I was in the midst of a 3 month binge since christmas. I couldn't stay away from sugar/chocolate and would eat even if I didn't like what I was eating. I bought this hoping it would help me to give up the junk during lent and did it ever! I normally cannot pass up food ever and I felt like I had willpower! I made sure I took them 3 times a day even if it was right after eating to carry me through. Great if you are a binger.

Run!
Unfortunately, running away from this product is the only way one is truly going to lose the weight! Sadly, I've gained 9lbs since popping these babies under my tongue. ;( I've had a difficult time walking away from anything beginning with: SUGAR. Yum. I rarely consumed sugar prior to. Hmmm...I would not/could not recommend these bad boys to anybody other than the OCD palates loving stick figure next door that you secretly hate. Yep, your new best "frienemy". Good luck!

Works for Me
This products has worked for me and is also helping my daughter, who is in her 30's. I'm in my 50's and have been having a harder and harder time controling weight gain. I have come to realize that taking a pill alone dose not work for me. I also need to excerice and use self control a long with a suppulment. This is the best I have found and I am now slimming down.

fantastic
i am an emotional eater and i have tired everything on the market and nothing worked. it's doesn't matter if i'm full, i still want to eat. so i was skeptical going into this and didn't expect much.
this product worked and works for me when nothing else has. it keeps me from thinking about using food to deal with emotions and i dont binge. i'm very impressed, thrilled and feel so much better. i take this 3 times a day and it does the trick. and i will be buying more of this product, i love it!!!

Absolutely Not Recommended
Tried this product and I gained 10 pounds , didn't help my appetite at all, I am gonna be looking for something different with appetite control & energy in one pill....

I am sorry, but it seemed as though this product was not effective for me. In fact, I gained three pounds using it! It was easy to take as you don't even need water, as it melts easily in your mouth. The problem was that it did nothing to curb my hunger.

Best appetite suppresant I ever had
This product really suppresses my appetite. In the middle of the afternoon, when I feel I need a snack, I place one of these under my tongue and the feeling goes away.
Can I eat on these?? Of course I can, but when I want to stop the impulse eating, this does the trick, and no jitters or keeping me up at night. I would recommend this product to anyone who is trying to curb their appetite.

STOP CRAVINGS !!
I have had these bad cravings,really bad at nite.I have tried MANY MANY things.Nothing cut my appietate.I take one of these a few times a day,and it takes away the cravings.And,it really works late at night.Nothing has worked nearly as good as this.I'm not saying don't eat,but this combined with better eating habits,and exercise......will change your life !! Highly Recommend
My wife is one tough cookie and has a critical eye for just about anything. This product really works and has proven to be quite effective at reducing appetite. For the money, this is a product to try first.
