I've used this for couple of years now and I think it does relieve the symptoms and duration. It's a great price for homeopathic cold and sore relief.

Works like a charm
I keep these by my bedside and take one every 2-3 nights because I take medication that makes my throat tickle and makes me cough (mostly when I lay down to sleep). I use one of these and the horribly annoying tickle/cough goes away almost immediately. Will be buying again.

Need to find something better
I finally came down with cold symptoms so that I could try this product. I took 1 tablet every hour the first day and still have my cold. One thing I can say positive is that right after taking the tablet would stop sneezing and my nose would run less. But still I had a very sore nose. This product hasn't worked as well as other homeopathic remedies I have tried and still use. Sorry.

Clears up sore throat
Whenever we feel a cold coming on or have a sore throat we take one of these under the tongue and let it dissolve. The other day had a sore throat and took one and almost immediately the sore throat was gone.

a must have in your bag and at home
Packaging and First Impressions:
The packaging is rather different but in keeping with the Swanson theme. The unfortunate thing is that you will get some eye strain trying to read whats on the rear label.
Tablet / Taste:
The tablets are small (approx. 9mm dia.), white in colour. The taste is somewhat very subtle and there is a hint of sweet glucosy-ness in there.
Effectiveness:
I live in Sri Lanka and the climate here is very unpredictable. The shift in weather has caused many people to catch very painful flus and sore throats / colds.
I started taking the tablets as soon as they arrived and have been taking them still. There were a few times when I felt a sore throat growing. Taking these tablets really eradicated the problem. I am still not affected and happy to say I am sharing this with others in my family.

Amazing results
My son usually gets sick with a sore throat and head cold every time the weather changes and is sick for 1 1/2 to 2 weeks. As the weather changed last month he started feeling sick and had a scratchy throat. I gave him the cCld and Sore Throat Releif before bed and the next morning he was feeling better and never came down with the cold. We will keep this product on hand always.
