Ingredients: Each 300 mg tablet contains as active ingredients: Arnica montana, radix 6X; Bryonia alba 4X; Calcarea carbonica 12X; Calcarea phophorica 12X; Colchicum autumnale 6X; Dulcamara 6X; Harpagophytum 6X; Ledum palustre 6X; Rhododendron chrysanthum 6X; Rhus toxicodendron 8X, 12X, 30X; Silicea 12X; Symphytum officinale 6X. Each 300 mg tablet contains as inactive ingredients: Lactose USP, magnesium stearate.

Dosage: Adults 18 and over: 1 tablet sublingually or dissolved completely in mouth 2 to 3 times daily or as directed by a physician.

WARNINGS: If symptoms persist or worsen, a physician should be consulted. As with any drug, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a healthcare professional before using this product. Store tightly closed at room temperature. Effective Relief My husband and I use this product. Without it he can't use his left thumb at all due to arthritis pain. For myself it relieves my knee pain. It doesn't work for everyone, for example my mother, but it is worth the price to try! February 18, 2011
okay.... I purchased this product for two different people. My father who has had back surgey and alot of arthritis with it didn't really feel that it helped.
