My most important supplement
I'm 80years old. I have a challenging work out three times a week in the gym and ride a bicycle 8 to 20 miles every day . . . rain or shine. My immune system seems to be a lot better since I added Swanson's Curcumin complex as part of my daily supplement regiment a couple of years ago. I am on a very tight budget, but this is the last thing i would eliminate should I have to cut back because of economic restraint. I haven't found another Curcumin supplication anywhere that even comes close to the value of the Swanson Curcumin Complex. James L

Turmeric with black pepper
I purchased this product from Swanson after a bad experience with another website (substituted what I ordered for a totally different product). I was really please that the Swanson site has clear information, is easy to order from, prices are reasonable, and I was shipped exactly what I ordered. Love it!
Turmeric is widely sold without the black pepper, but needs the pepper for better absorption. Finding this product through Swanson was great. Will definitely order again.

Not Sure Yet
I've been taking two pills a day for over a month now and don't notice a difference. I've heard it takes a while to notice a change, so I am going to give it three months before I give it a thumbs up or a thumbs down.....I'll be back to comment then.

Fantastic
I think this is one of the most valuable supplements that is on the market today. Dr. Mercola recommends this and I agree, but this is the best price around.

Good Spice
Generous amount of Curcumin, 875mg, in one capsule. Does what it says on the Internet. Swanson has the best quality and service for the lowest cost.

An Excellent Formulation
I"m glad we made the switch to this product from turmeric a few months ago although it wasn't until I switched the timing and the other synergictic supplement combination that we could see a dramatic effect - in other words - we could see that it made a difference. My husband commented on that this afternoon.
I'm restricted from discussion why but suffice it to say, we will not be letting our supply of Swanson's Curcumin Complex run low.
My only regret is the capsule size. Just a tad larger than he can swallow easily.

Great Product
I am so glad Swanson's offers this product for this price. I believe it is doing what it should. I take it out of the capsule and add it to my husband's shake because he hates to take pills. I have no trouble with it.

All the difference in the world!
This is BY FAR the best Curcumin (Turmeric) product I have tried. I experienced almost immediate improvement in my digestion. Only one pill a day, and you are good to go! No pun intended...

Important choice
I'm very glad that I take this product I would want to have to take in this product by eating mustard I wouldn't want to have to eat that much mustard I've taking it for awhile, I believe everyone should take it.

A best buy in curcumin!
You would be hard pressed to find a better value than this in curcumin. The 60 count size is a generous offering of 900 mg to each capsule, truly a best buy in this popular category. This has become one of my personal favorites, one to take on a daily basis to insure good overall health.

Words can't describe
Since taking this product for 2 1/2 weeks I find that I don't have to get up in the middle of the night like males of my age frequently do. I can sleep all night for 8 or 8 1/2 hours and relieve myself in the morning!

high dosage, easily absorbed
I buy this because it is one of only two products I know where I can get 900 mg in one capsule PLUS bioperine which aids in optimal absorption.
I take this with boswellia, tart cherry extract and sometimes willow bark for joints as the description notes.
I think this is a terrific amount of herb for a very reasonable price.

Great Product, but Not For Me
I believe this product to be very good overall, however, I simply couldn't take it. I wasn't uncomfortable or in pain, it just caused rapid diarrhea. I'm really disappointed because I know how good curcumin can be for you.

Best Curcumin for My Money
Highest availabel concentration of curcumin in one capsule. The price is right too. This preparation seems to be highly concentrated but it does not cause stomach/gut irritation. I take 1-2 every day and have no side effects but rather a clear series of benefits.

Complete Satisfaction
More and more I am seeing "Curcumin" being mentioned in scientific research results. I have taken Curcumin for over 4 years and Swanson has the best value plus, I know that I am getting great quality with the benefits of boosting my immune system and being completely satisfied.

Over the years I have experienced a decrease in mobility.I did research and I found that certain spices such as tumeric can help in joint mobility. I chose curcumin, since it is a more potent form of tumeric. It has helped me to increase my mobility. An excellent product,at a competitive price.
