Great Value
The price on this can't be beat. Not one with this potency. Beware of other brands. Some are contaminated with lead or cadmium. Swanson has never failed ConsumerLab testing for contamination or adulteration.

Skin Ordor
I had an awful ordor coming from my skin. After taking milk thistle in combination with red clover the smell has gone away. I feel really good about these products and would recommend it for anyone who has a uncontrolable ordor coming out of their skin.

Milk Thistle
Milk thistle is said to protect the liver. In addition it is now known that it is an excellent antioxidant. I prefer to use products that are as natural (close to the way they appear in nature) as possible. This product has done what I expected it to do and as a result I feel much better than many folks much younger than I.

Great Value!
This "Swanson Superior Herbs" line of milk thistle contains 50% "whole seed" and the other 50% contains an 80% standardized extract, making for a great value for the price....
The difference between this line of milk thistle and the "Swanson Premium" Full Spectrum Milk Thistle is that the "Full Spectrum Milk Thistle" does not contain any extract.

This is a good value, and great for your liver. Glad that there is both the extract and the powdered root. Although I can't say it helps my hangovers be any shorter though.

Wonderful product!
I believe this product is why I have a healthy liver. I first read about Milk Thistle for liver function in an article at my pharmacy. I don't think I would do as well without it!
