Delicious
This is my second time ordering this product. I especially enjoy this coconut with unsweetened dates and crushed walnuts/almonds, a delicious sugar free desert. I know the health benefits of coconut and try to incorporate in my daily diet. I hand used it in making waffles along with Swanson's Organic Coconut Oil. I imagine baking with it is great as well. I have used this coconut in poultry dishes but prefer a powder coconut more than the shreds for cooking.

Fresh and delicious
I spinkle this on my cereal and in my yogert. To keep if fresh I store it in my freezer. The taste is delicious and I am so glad Swansons carries it. Much fresher then the store bought.

Fresh & Delicious
Very fresh. Excellent taste and texture. Wish the bag came in a larger value size though. Would definitely recommend this product. I prefer to keep in refrigerator to maintain freshness.

Coconut - the new brain food
I think this is the best coconut I've ever tasted next to cracking one in Hawaii, but who can afford to go there to buy coconut? This has a wonderful aroma and flavor. Try it you'll like it!

Mmmmm!
I bought this to use in a recipe to make some homemade energy bars. They were so delicious and I attribute most of that deliciousness to the coconut! I was born on a tropical island with coconut trees in my yard and this has been the freshest tasting coconut I have been able to find in a bag. It's very moist and sweet, not dry like most packaged coconut I have tried before. I LOVE Swanson, thank you!

Very tasty topping
These coconut shreds are very good over ice cream. They are also good spooned over fresh fruit. They can be toasted in a toaster oven and then sprinkled over the ice cream or fruit. They have a crunchy texture and slightly sweet taste.

Great Tasting

Coconut Shreds Great Product
This is the only coconut I use for cooking. I have used this in cookie, cake, pancake & smoothy recipes. It doesn't have any added sugar and it's organic. It has a great taste and I have recommended this product to many people.

LOVE this Coconut!
This flaked coconut is absolutely delicious. It is great by the spoonful for a snack, and I sprinkle it on my salads. Can't wait to bake with it, when I ever get the time. I'm back today to order more. Highly recommend. No preservatives or other junk that you don't want. Love it!

Unsweetened
Why is sugar and sweeteners added to everything we eat? This is a great shredded coconut, my local grocery store only sells sweetened. Love it in a smoothie!

Coconut
Excellent! Just the right sized flakes, not too big to be a problem. I use a couple heaping teaspoons of this every morning in my (Dr. Mercola's recipe) breakfast smoothie. YUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What more could you want? The bag it comes in is also very deceptive; but in a good way! These coconut shreds are lasting longer than I had anticipated. I have not baked with it yet, but I love adding it to my oatmeal in the mornings.

Amazing!
We bought this when it was on sale due to the low price and it being unsulphured. This is some of the best coconut ever! We ended up getting our first shipment and ordering more, a lot more! Highly recommended and can be used in so many baked items, as well as just eat it raw, I plan on making homemade granola and including coconut. Amazing stuff and we'll be back when we run out! :)

I love this coconut! It is the lightest, fluffiest coconut that I have ever seen. I also love the fact that it is organic. I mix it with granola and yogurt for breakfast in the morning. What a YUMMY way to start the day! Thanks Swanson for the great price also :)

A tropical delight!
One of the best coconut products I've ever tried, very tasty on cereal or as an added ingredient to a fabulous milkshake. These flakes are very flavorful, fresh with a nutty and sweet texture. I've never seen a better coconut sample than this. You could travel to Tahiti, or you could simply order from Swanson's for one of the finest treats on the planet. Highly recommended, and a compelling reason to get up in the morning to enjoy a decent breakfast!
