Our 700 mg capsules give you no less than 113 mg of oleic acid (omega-9), 238 mg of linolenic acid (omega-3) and 245 mg of linoleic acid (omega-6). a little pricey compare to other prices on sawnson. but you only have to take 1 a day. other omega 3-6-9 you would have to take 2-3 pills a day. very good product July 26, 2011

Cranberry Triple! I ordered this for my wife as a different way for her to get Omega 3, 6, and 9 without the fishy burbs and also because it is more suitable for her. The only issue is that one of the capsules must have broken because cranberry oil had leaked in one of the bottles although the second bottle seems OK. She is still happy overall though and likes the alternative to Fish Oil, Borage Oil and Flax Oil which is my normal way of getting Omega 3, 6 and 9. November 16, 2010
Amazing Oil! Been using it for several months. As others have said it is a lot better than flax or fish oil as it doesn't cause heartburn. The oil itself really has a pleasant smell and I even use it for dry skin on my face and hands from time to time by breaking a capsule open. It is amazingly light and soaks in fast! I'm amazed that there is almost no other places to buy this oil yet. The specs on it are amazing and the price is great from Swanson! May 24, 2010
First time trying it. Could not take the omega 3-6-9 with fish, flaxseed etc. Gave me terrific heartburn regardless of when it was taken. Switched to cranberry seed oil and have not had any problems at all. Very happy with this product. Know the benefits of omegas and will continue to use this one. February 4, 2010
important supplement Contains three diffrent omega oils in one capsule. Product is somewhat oily, of course, but not any real issue. Add this important supplement to your routine. Easy to swallow. December 3, 2008
