Better the simple fish oil....
I had been taking a fish oil gel for some time. I was pleased to find this essential fatty acid (EFA) formula as an affordable "upgrade". If you're inclined to supplement your diet with a fish oil (EFA) product the value and quality of this product is entirely satisfactory.

Can't beat the value

Great Product
This product simplifies taking essential fatty acids into one easy product. My skin seems to have greatly improved after 3 months of taking. Good purchase for convenience and value.

Probably useful.
Many authorities say that fish oil and essential fatty acids are good for you, and this product is very easy to use. As usual, Swanson's service is great.

My wife was originally using the cranberry oil 3-6-9 but she switched to this one because it is better overall value and still has all the omega's she needs. A great product!

Excellent Product

Be sure to eat when taking this supplement. It seems to upset my stomach. Other than that I love it, and my husband takes it too now.

Easy to swallow no after taste
I have not finished my first bottle yet. Thought it was a great price for the product. I do like that there is no fishy after taste. Will continue to buy this product.

First try with this product
I seem to like this more than the straight Omega 3s, more of a personal observation not objective,Bottom line , I get nothing but great products from Swanson not to mention the great service & price. Until I find a better company which I find unlikely I will stay with swansons.

Good value
I was looking for omega supplements but was not willing to take a ton of pills. This product has omega 3,6, and 9 and is just a great value. Pills are easy to swallow and no fishy taste later on. Oh and my hair and skin look better than ever! I recommend this highly.

Great buy
I tke 4 capsules per day and this is the best buy for Omega 3. Only rarely do I taste fish oil. Not sure what causes the occasional fish taste. I feel that my brain function is much better since taking this product on a regular basis.

Great Product
I have been using this product for several months. I really like it and can tell a difference in my skin, hair and mental function. I tolerate it well, I get very mild fish burps for about an hour after I take it, but other then that no complaints.
