Confidence
I feel confident taking this omega 3-6-9. I take it for enhancing brain power. I'm also taking Ginko to keep my memory alive. The combo has made a notable difference.

Absolutely Wonderful Product
What a great idea and a wonderful product.
If you take Omegas you know that the capsules are horribly large. This product is great because it combines your 3 major Omegas in "1" capsule.
You no longer have to take 3 seperate large capsules. Just order this product.
Effectiveness is just as great as taking them seperate...if not better.

Great value for the money
Good overall supplement. Great price, especially if you can get it on the BOGO. Definitely prefer this to more expensive brands. Seems to be just as effective. Recommend!

Krill or Fish Oil
I use this when I take a break from Krill to balance out the intake.
I suggest taking a night so you don't have fish breath during the day.

A Body Needs Omega 3-6-9
There are many health concerns that one can address with proper nutrition and exercise. Keeping the heart and circulatory system working properly is one concern I have and to help assure that I am doing what I can in that regard, I take Swanson EFA's each day. I am 65 1/2 years old and just recently took my 'Welcome To Medicare' physical. I am happy to say, I passed the screening with only minor problems, but one problem I did not have was my heart and circulatory system. I attribute that to trying to take care of myself with eating a good diet and making sure I get my EFA's and other supplements daily. Swanson provides great products at reasonable cost. Even their catalog is like a miniature encyclopedia of information about how one's body functions and what it needs.

I have been taking Omega 3 for a long time and then added Omega 6 because I read about the health benefits of both. I was taking Omega 3 and 6 separately but I found these and you get 3,6 and 9 all in one capsule. Also no fish burbs with this one so tremendous!

While Omega 3 and 6 alone provides immediate uptake of EPA and DHA the addition of Flaxseed gives me the confidence that I am receiving the best Omega 3 for the value. Thank you Swanson!

Disappointment in EFAs
After purchasing Swanson EFAs, I discovered that the amount of "desirable" EPA & DHA in each capsule is only about 232 mg. derived from the Fish Oil component. The other components--Borage Oil and Flax Oil contain Omega 6 & 9 which are not easily converted into DHA & EPA. This is quite disappointing and I feel that I have wasted my money on an inferior product. I believe you have a pure fish oil product which I will pursue. The source of my information is the "Nutrition Action Healthletter, Nov. 2009 Issue--page 6".

Great Product
I like the fact that I can get all my omegas,3-6-9,in one capsule. Even though it contains fish oil it does not make me burp as some others supplements have. It's affordable too.

Just so big
The capsuls are about as big as a small submarine for those of us with large pill issues. I know I could return them but I will give them to a friend!!

Love this product
I have been taking this product now for 2 years and I love it. Not only is it good for my heart, but it has helped me with my menopause symptoms, especially the hot flashes. I have them less frequently and they are not as intense as they usually are. There are many benefits to taking this product and I am so glad I found a place that is so affordable and reliable. Good -But
The pills will become tacky with an small increase in temperature. I have had the pills leak and stick together to the point I cannot separate them. Other fish oil products do not have this problem.

preventative
My spouse and I take the Multi-Omega every day as preventative / maintenance health care. We are both in our 50's and do not have any issues with our health. We have been using it for over 10 years and often recommend it to friends and family.

I used to HATE fish-oil capsules,
because of the fishy aftertaste and the "burp" factor. But the fishiness is barely there for me in this Swanson product and the caps are close to burpless. What else to say?

Omega 3, 6, & 9 in one!
I am extremely pleased with this purchase. I was afraid it might have a fishy odor since the capsules are not enteric coated, but I have not had any problems with fish burps or odor. I think the quality is great on these and I do notice their effectiveness. I am so glad to have a combination that includes Omega 6 & 9 as well!

Great for my dog!
My veterinarian recommended that I give my dog Omega supplements. However, all of the products that claim they are specifically for dogs are super expensive! My vet said the ingredients were all the same, so I could use human supplements without a problem. By ordering from Swanson, I save a bundle and can use the extra money to buy my dog the toys and treats she loves!
