Great value
I love that the flax seed solids don't clump when refrigerated like a well known brand does. Great way to get my omegas when I can't eat fish.

delicious!
This is a high quality (high lignan) flax oil, and very reasonably priced, for the amount you get. I add a little stevia to sweeten it, and it's yummy! Be sure to scoop out the extra lignans in the bottom of the bottle when out, to get all that healthy stuff!

Wonderful product
I have been using this for 14 years. Wonderful way to get your essentail fatty acids. I put it in my oatmeal and yogurt. Started using it when I was bodybuilding years ago, but never stopped. It helps me maintain a trim body but still get the good fats I need.

Good Product
I find this mixes in a smoothie with no added taste, I just enjoy my smoothie and the fact that I've taken a full day's dose of Omega-3!. So happy to find an Omega-3 that does not taste like fish!

Great price
I'd give it 5 stars if it tasted better. I've always loved flaxseed oil for the taste as well as the the benefit. Here you have the benefit with the lack of taste but hey for the price i'll put up with it and still reccommend it. It improves my mood and energy better than fish oil.

High Lignan Flaxseed Oil
I was told by a friend to find high lignan flaxseed oil for a smoothy recipe. I was happy to find a quality product on Swansons site as I am a customer. Bottle is easy to use for filling measuring spoon- opening is just right.

It's a Staple for Me
As of this writing, I've gone through two bottles of this product. I've been on a low glycemic diet for several months and this has proven to be a help in losing weight a bit quicker: I was averaging a loss of a pound per week before I started using it, and I now average 1 1/2 to 2 pounds per week. I also got a compliment on my skin the other day. At 66, that's most welcome! I use three Tbsps of this product per day--one in each of my protein smoothies for breakfast and lunch and one in my dinner salad. I also add a tablespoon to my tuna salads. This product is now a staple for me--a definite "must have."

Good Taste
I would recommend this brand of Flax Seed Oil. It tastes great with Cottage Cheese.

Very pleased!
I am following Dr. Joanna Budwig's formula of 1/2 cup non-fat cottage cheese mixed with 1-2 tbs. of high lignan flaxseed oil every morning. The flavor of the oil takes some adjusting to but it didn't take me long to really enjoy it. It makes the cottage cheese taste really rich and I frequently add a few steamed veggies and some ground toasted sesame seeds. I especially like the subtle taste of rosemary in the oil. This is a great way to get your flaxseed oil....as real food!

Great Flaxseed Oil
I make a great vinegarette dressing with this oil:
1/3 cup Flaxseed oil
5 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 pack Stevia sweetner
It is just right amount for 1 large salad, taste wonderful and makes a great lunch.

I put this in my dutch chocolate protein smoothies along with ice, fruit, Swanson's Fruit and Veggie Powder & trace minerals; delicious and nutritious. And, like all Swanson's products, a great value as well.

Top of My List
I've used flax oil from different suppliers over the years and this product is tthe best. Starting with the container, it is a substancial squeeze bottle that makes it handy. The taste is exceptional likely due to those additions that make it different from plain flax oil. And, the price is great.

Great value
My husband was put on flaxseed oil by his doctor. I was buying a 6oz bottle at a local discount store for much more than the price of Swanson's 16 oz bottle. More importantly, their product did not have lignans in it. My research finds lignans are the most important part of flaxseed oil, so I was thrilled to find this Swanson product. Thank you again for a great product at a great price.

Swanson's High Lignan Flax oil is an excellent product at a great price. Flax oil is good for maintaining breast health.

Oh my, I think maybe its just me but. I think this stuff tastes gross. But I know it is soooooo good for me, I just slam it down. The price is great. Not to mention you get 16oz for the price. I can swallow that easy.

Access the High Lignan
I want to comment on the Lignans that rest on the bottom of the bottle. It is very hard to get all that value out of the bottle when they settle on the bottom and become compressed. It must be shaken very vigorously, and it still will leave some of the good stuff when you reach the last of what come out of the bottle. UNLESS you store the bottle UPSIDE DOWN in the refrigerator. Once I have started doing this, the Lignans pack around the neck, but not so compactly that don't mix into the oil when shaken well. It works wonders and you can see you are getting all that good stuff!

Top value product
This product is over twice the price at our local health food store. My wife and I take some daily to supplement omega 3 fatty acids in our diet, which most Americans get far too little of. The Missing Link
Quality Oils are missing from a regular diet. I love to make my homemade granola & to drizzle Swanson's Organic Flaxseed Oil with Lignans on top, & then stir. The flaxseed oil with Lignans does taste better. I also use this flaxseed oil on my brown rice, and add it to cottage cheese.
This is an affordable oil to use everyday!

An Excellent Choice
I have tried much more expensive flaxseed oils, but none are better than Swanson's brand. Most studies reveal that our level of Omega-3 is 80% below normal, so I mix Swanson's flaxseed oil with my yogurt smoothie every morning to help restore the balance. It works for me, and I highly recommend this product.
