Great alternative to fish oil
I've switched from fish oil to flax oil and have been EXTREMELY pleased with the result. No more fishy burps, and I seem to be getting all the omega-3 benefits.

Excellent product!
Not only is the price tag on this product unbeatable, but it also isn't colored by the "caramel coloring" additive you always seem to find in the store bought version. Seems to be as natural as you can get!!
Highly recommended for any individual seeking to add essential fatty acids to their supplement regiment!

Fantastic Product For Us
My husband and I have been using this product for years in place of fish oil as we could not tolerate it's GI side effects. It has been extremely beneficial to us in our daily regimen. We have told friends about this product and a number of them are using it as well. Keep up the good work Swanson; top notch products at great prices.

Good for you
I take 6K units of Omega 3's per day for feel good and well being. This product is a wonderful addition to fish oil to get my required Omega's.

EXCELLENT
easy to take , product is clear , not colored with anything artificial,... no odor, & no refrigeration required, and best of all it is organic...used to eat salmon but price per pound is now outrageous...so feel i am covered for needed omega 3 with this organic flaxseed oil from Swanson

Don't buy your flaxseed oil from anywhere else
I am a person who will do my own research before I buy health products. I love Swanson's Flaxseed oil. Its price and production (organic) are simply great. It does not have the "plastic" taste, like the other products I tried before. Suggestion: I learned from my own nutritionist--store it in the refrigerator to keep its freshness.

Great Vitamin
Know need flaxseed try to take it it's natural form but don't always have the chance so this works great for those days can't get it in my meals.Good quality at good price.

Every day must take
I have been taking Flaxseed Oil every day for many years. I believe that is why my health is very good for someone 62 years of age. This is one supplement I will never be without.

Flax great for omega3, not salad.
Flax is a great source of Omega-3's, which more and more research show supports good health.
However, Flax oil is not that tasty, and you don't want to cook with it....so capsule form is where it's at.

Great value
These were an excellent value. I cannot comment on the effectiveness though... Is there a way to know if EFAs are doing their job or do you just have to assume that they are? :) The only thing is, I started taking these in conjunction with with a new brand of Fenugreek (for milk production) so I'm not sure if it was this or the Fenugreek, but my body started producing kind of a strange odor. I kept taking both thinking it would go away, and it did after about 4 days. Again, not sure if it was the flaxseed or Fenugreek since I began taking them at the same time. Overall, super great value!

Excellent Product!
I have been using this product for over 6 months, and the change in my skin health has been dramatic. Specifically on my face; it's very smooth and soft. I haven't needed nearly the moisturizing products that were required in the past for my almost always dry and itchy skin.
I've even been sharing this product with my dog - also a victim of dry, itchy skin, and now she doesn't stand around scratching all the time!
It's a great product, and has become part of my permanent vitamin intake.

Great product!
I have tried fish oil, because I don't eat fish and thought I needed it, but it does nothing for me. Flaxseed oil is great though! It keeps my nails really strong and I just feel better in general. I didn't see those results with the fish oil. I am very pleased, and Swansons is a great value as well.

My husband love this!
My husband has always been slack about taking his vitamins. As with us all, age knocks at our door from time to time reminding us that we need to take care of our bodies. So when he had some issue arise not too long ago and I suggested he try this he agreed to. Now whenever I order he makes sure that I put this on the list. He doesn;t want it to run out because it's been so helpful with his health issues. Because of the exceptional deals here this is one of the products that I always recommend to friends.

Definitrly Essential
2 capsules daily of EFA Flax Seed Oil and 2 of Swansons Multi Omega EFAs cover all my bases for all three families of fatty acids. Flax seed oil doesn't burp up like fish oil and I appreciate that.
I will take this product for the rest of my life. I'll buy it from Swansons because it's the best price I've ever found and I trust the quality.

Flaxseed oil to the rescue
I love this product. I take it every day and I also give it to my cat mixed in with his food. I noticed that my cat got shinier fur and a lot more energy since I introduced him to flaxseed oil. I take other supplements as well so it's hard to tell if my energy, good skin and hair is just from this oil, but looking at my cat makes me believe that it is.
