Delighted with product
I REALLY DON'T LIKE THE TASTE OF LICORICE!
What a pleasant surprise to find not only does it not taste or smell like licorice...its still licorice and it works as advertised.

Don't waste your money
Cannot see any benefit to this product for weight loss. Does not do anything to curb hunger, etc.

Don't waste your money
I took this faithfully for four months. I lost no weight or inches. My diet is mostly organic and I don't eat sugar except on rare occasions. This product did not make a difference for me.

Not satisfied
I have been taking this, as suggested, for several months now. I exercise, watch what I eat (I'm gluten- and dairy-intolerant). After losing 85 pound NOT using this product (using Tonalin), I have not lost anything in the last year by adding this. So, I'm stopping it to see if I continue losing.
My goal is just 20 pounds more.

Another vitamin co. suggests their 300mg caps 3 times a day. So if she is only taking 1-100mg soft gel that may be why she hasn't lost weightn yet. Still taking one and not gaining weight is really great! It does take a few months to get the results you want too. BTW these cost less so consider uping the dose some and see what happens! I have just started so I'll see what happens & so far so good.

Not so sure
Started buying this for my wife - as she wanted to lose weght. I haven't noticed much of a change, and neither has she.
I am considering trying something else - especially for this price - but she still seems to like the product because she hasn't gained any weight either.
I would look at something different if I were to start over.

huge disappointment
I was so excited to try this product. I am fit and healthy, but my midsection just will not budge. I took this supplement dilligently. Even ordered another bottle because it claimed the results are seen after the second round. The result? Absolutely nothing! Complete waste of time and money.

Works for us
My husband and I have been using this product for 4 months. The first month we didn't see much difference, but then the fat starting dropping off more with each month. I have dropped two waist sizes and my husband also, but you can actually see his tummy getting smaller. I do water aerobics and notice I have more energy and my muscles are really shaping up. Flab is even disappearing from the sides of my legs and hips. It does seem a little pricey, but worth it for us. We will continue this for a few months as I have more to lose from my tummy. You have to do it right folks...no cheating and take 3 times a day with meals. you still have to watch your intake of carbs and exercise.

Ineffective
This product does not work as claimed at all. It did absolutely nothing for me.

Jury still out
For me the jury is still out on this one. I have noticed two differences. One, I feel like I have more energy, and have increased my excercise. I think the combination of the licorice and the excercise have worked together to show some fat loss. This is not a "majic" cure for visceral fat, but there is some changes that I attribute to the product. I have taken in for two months and plan on purchasing a third months worth.

Not bad, but expensive
I found this product only really began to make a difference in the second month after starting. You have to take 3 capsules every day as recommended. Also, I am only mildly overweight.
It is subtle, but may help to provide a long-term answer in some cases, particularly if combined with exercise etc. Like all herbal products it will probably work much better for some than others.
It is very unlikely to have any long-term toxicity, as the glycyrrhizin has been removed which can cause water retention. It also seems to have a good effect on energy levels (licorice is a mild energy tonic in Chinese medicine). But it is expensive.

Snake Oil
Really saw absolutely no difference. Not worth the money.
Flaxseed oil and psyllium with every meal is a much cheaper and better option for filling up and adding omegas to your diet.

no noticeable results
Like another review, I thought I would try multiple bottle before evaluating the effectiveness. I did not notice anything (except for spending a lot of money). The price is simply not worth it for what little (if anything) this product does.

Zero Results
I took this supplement as directed and bought a second bottle to give it a fair shot to work. It did not hurt, but it did nothing. I only have a few pounds to lose, I watch my food intake and exercise is a normal part of my life so I hoped this would maybe speed things up a little. But it didn't.

Poor Product
I tried the entire bottle of this product and it was completely useless in weight loss. I have tried several other advertised weight loss products and none of them worked. This one particularly bothered me because it was so pricey and expensive. I would not recommend this product to any one as it did not work at all. My only regret is I did not request a refund for this expensive product.

I used this product for 3 months, but did not see any change in belly fat. The tests on these products always say that it works, yet when consumers use them, they don't live up to the research.

Good things come to those who wait!
This a great product that works exactly as described. I was skeptical after the first bottle, & decided I'd go ahead and get the second bottle. By the end of the second bottle, I was a believer! This is not a product that's going to make you jittery and lose 10 pounds a week, so if you have unrealistic expectations then it's not for you. I've always had a problem with flabby belly fat due to having three c-sections. My waist is now more trim than it has been in years. Now, I used it with diet & exercise as well, but this product works!!!

Unsure of effectiveness
I have no difference after 2 months of using this product. Perhaps if I were actively dieting and exercising I would have seen a reduction of gut size. I will try it again when I get my act together and reduce my caloric intake. It is too expensive to use without putting a total effort into weight loss -- this will not do it alone.

Extremely disappointing
I am almost at the end of my second (and last) bottle. I eat a totally organic diet, follow the nutritional typing regimine, exercise, even sit in a far infrared sauna, but nothing, absolutely nothing, will help with my belly fat. The only thing that got thinner was my wallet. After trying numerous weight loss products, this was my last hope. I am resigned to having a belly.

Did not work for me
I ordered a 30 day supply to see if all the hype was true. 30 days later, not a single inch or pound was shed. I'll keep looking for something else that works.
