Ok, if not taking fish oil
I purchased this with the hopes of taking it. However, on the packaging it says to wait at least 4 hrs after taking fish oil pills. Since I take fish oil in the am and pm, I am only taking this at lunch and thats if I remember to take it. Wish I would of read the label a little more closely.

Best I have found in 10 years

It works!
This stuff does what it says. I actually did a little test in a glass with vegetable oil. The capsules break open and ABSORB THE OIL! Imagine that working in your belly after eating an indulgent meal! This is not a diet pill-but it definitely can help you manage your weight. I reorder this often.

So far, no results
After checking out all the reviews on this product I was curious and ordered. It's been almost one week taking it and I am not loosing weight, at all, somedays I gain a few more pounds!
I changed my diet, really watching my sugar/carb intake, including more fiber, fruits and veggies.
And I try to eliminate processed foods and white flour/sugar. Next step after I get rid of my fatigue and get some energy back I want to get back into regularly exercising.
I might as well keep trying the product though. I find it inconvenient because I take fish oils and vitamin D and have to plan 4 hours in advance or after in taking them.

I'm very happy with it!!!
I'm using this product all for quite a long time now. But I don't use it with EACH meal, I take it only when I eat something that contain a lot of fat! It seems to me that it works very well, I noticed that when I take it I don't gain as much weight as I would WITHOUT it! And value is super, very good price and great quality.

Excellent Product
This chitosan seems to have full bio-availability and works the way it's supposed to. I have tried other brands that don't break down well and are more expensive. This is a good addition for someone learning to eat clean or just wants to eat something that may contain a bit too mush fat.

It really helps me!
I am newly mother.I spend a lot of money in weight loss program but the result is not as quick as I want. .So I use this product to support my weight lost program with c-120x and extra-strength lecithin , kelp , b-6 and cider vinegar . Absolutely Great Product..!!!
I've been using this product for a few years. I try to eat healthy, but have those times when I just eat whatever I want. When this happens, I take one capsule, and I honestly do not gain weight from the fatty foods I consumed. I always keep a few of the capsules in my purse, and in my desk at work. I never take it in the morning, just once in a while at lunch, and mostly in the evening. This works for me because I try to eat healthy most of the time, and I get some exercise too. This product helps me during those times when I eat poorly.

Actually helps maintain weight!!!
This is honestly an amazing product for when I am having an "off" day (i.e., have a greasy craving and/or do not want to exercise). I do exercise regularly, however I don't ALWAYS eat healthy every singLe day! By using this product, not only can I satisfy my cravings, but I don't waste all my hard work from working out --because I don't gain a pound. Amazing for weight management! Definitely will be using this product for the rest of my life! Enjoy!

It works!
This supplement really works! When I eat foods that are high in carbs and fatty oils, I take aprox. 3 caps with alot of water. The next morning, I weigh myself and have not gained a pound! Please note that you really have to remember to take a pill with your food so that it can work. Thanks, Swanson!!!

Yes!
It seems to do what it indicates and seems to work. Bind that fat! I took another fat blocker/binder, and it had unpleasant results (oily stool, etc.). Swanson's LipoSan ULTRA Chitosan has results but without the oily stool, etc. Time will tell about weight loss/stored fat. Perhaps I'll give another review in a few more months or so.

Losing at Last
Since moving to Night Shift at work, I have been steadily gaining weight after many years of weighing 180 pounds, I ballooned to a whopping 215 pounds. I am now taking the Swanson Ultra Chitosan with every meal and am finally going back down. I wouldn't be without LipoSan Ultra. I really works for me in controlling my weight. I've been using it for 4 years. I've run out of it in the past and I can really tell the difference in the way I feel. It's a great product and the great thing is you don't have to take it 30-60 minutes before you eat.
