Really works for me!
I have been using for about 2 weeks, getting results already. I eat lo carb and workout 4x a week. I am seeing more muscle definition and lower weight.

Works for me!
I have noticed a difference in a matter of a few weeks with this product as it claims. I do eat healthy and moderately exercise, however I have seen differences to my body without increasing exercise or eating less.

Good Results and Good Value
My doctor recommended I take 7-Keto DHEA (100 mg) and Pregnenolone 30 mg) due to low blood work. I am post-menopausal. I don't know which worked but my mind is much sharper. I feel like I used to with clarity and cognitive processes.
My doctor had me taking a much more expensive brand, but I changed to Swanson. I have not noticed a decrease in the benefits. Thank you Swanson for your pricing and shipping costs!

Works for Me
Discovered this product about two years ago. I am a senior and handicapped get around with walker and power chair,so I don't get the exercise I need I go off of it for one week a month This is not a quick fix and for me it is slow, because of lack of exercise and my age.Remember everyone is different, I just know it "WORKS FOR ME"

Did nothing
I used this product for some time and saw no change in weight, appetite, etc. I finally gave up. I'd rather not spend the money on something that does not appear to be giving me any benefit.

No other 7 keto can top this brand
The clinical studies with 7 keto DHEA used 200 mg per day. So by taking 2 of these capsules a day, you know you are getting the efficacious amount. I don't even bother looking at the brands that don't have 100 mg per capsule.
I don't feel any increase in energy, but that's not why I take it.

Helped immensely

Energy boost or placebo effect
I first tried this product just over a year ago and enjoyed the effects. I have recently used it for 3 straight months during a weight-loss contest in conjunction with diet, weight-training and other supplements that I have had success with before. When taking this supplement on an empty stomach approximately 12 hours apart, I feel an overall increase in energy and drive throughout the day. In just 90 days, I had lost 32 lbs of fat mass while gaining muscle strength and size without stepping on a treadmill--instead I trained exclusively with weights/resistance. I also noticed an overall feeling of calmness/recovery during stressful situations, 12-straight day work weeks, 12-19 hour days, 1-2 hour workouts with as little 3 hours of sleep per night. I found this an excellent addition to my supplement strategy.
