One Week Effectiveness My first week was excellent. The pill kept me full and not so hungry. The second week suddenly was a downhill. I'm very disappointed. I even purchased 2 bottles and never opened the 2nd one. April 22, 2012

Really Works! I just started taking this 4 days ago. I felt the difference immediately! It really knocked out appetite. I take two pills (with a lot of water) after eating a small meal 3x a day. I stay full longer....to the point that when it is time for my next meal, I am really not that hungry! No side effects at all. Just another great supplement from Swanson! January 9, 2012

Works for me when I can swallow it, the pill is on the larger side and round could be smaller and I would definitely order more but its gotten stuck in my throat a few times but the times I have taken I do seem to feel fuller longer and not as hungry. Really Swanson if you could revamp this pill I would stock up on it. June 5, 2011

did not like them You have to take them throughout the day and because they are hard to swallow, I couldn't get them down so I don't know if they even work. I will try again just to use them up but will not buy these again. December 13, 2009

Good Product......... This product I think has helped me. I have definitely noticed a change in appetite, it seems that I get full much quicker, so i'm eating less which is always good. So, that's pretty much it. I will continue taking these pills. The only other thing I might add is they are fairly large. Now I have never had problems taking pills, but for some reason the size and thickness and shape (Round) does not want to go down my throat. I find myself choking on them at least twice a day. They tend to get lodged in my throat. So any improvements on that part would be awesome! June 16, 2009
