Doesn't help
I've tried this on it's own, and in combination with the Triple-Strength Melatonin. Both cases do not even make me drowsy, and cannot put me to sleep once I go to bed. Used for a month, ineffective for me in it's claims. Ok, I tried it once. Not for me.

Rest assured
After a busy and stressful day I need all the help I can get, and when I take into account the value offered by Swanson, it seems to be a win/win situation all around.

Sleep Essentials
I have difficulty sleeping and Sleep Essentials is a big help to me in falling asleep. I have recommended it to many people who have had the same trouble.

Great sleep and rest
I have used Sleep Essentials for a number of years and have found it the best for helping me to obtain a good sleep on nights I have a problem going to sleep. Within an hour after taking a dose of Sleep Essentials I go to sleep and wakeup at my usual waking time in the morning rested and ready to get up. It is the most natural remedy for those times when I have a hard time getting to sleep.

I love these!
I absolutely love Swanson's Sleep Essentials. I take these around 30 minutes to an hour before I want to go to sleep, and they help relax me and get me ready for bed. They don't make me feel dopey, and I never have any problems getting up in the morning...there is no sluggish after affect. I would recommend these to anyone who has a tough time going to bed or if you just want something to help you wind down in the evening. I just love them!

Sleep like a baby
Take it 15 minutes before you really want to go to sleep, because it works that fast. No morning hangovers either. Some dreams but some are GOOD.

disappointed
As a chronic insomniac I try everything-I had high hopes for this due to the glowing reviews-sad to say it didn't work for me-wish it did.

This product works well. I take one about an hour before bed and I fall asleep within minutes. I am not groggy in the morning. If I wake up at night, it is easy to go back to sleep.

Sleep sleep and more sleep!
We have been using this product for about 2 months now. We both love it! Just need to get a better mattress and we'll be set. :) Remember that its not enough that you sleep. You must also be aware of the quality of your sleep. A lot of things affect this. It differs for most of us. :) (: Cheers

No Sleep
I usually use the triple strength Melatonin but because of the price I decided to give these a try. Sadly they didn't work for me at all and I re-ordered the Melatonin.

I have tried many supplements for sleep and have to tell you that this product works, I usually have to take 3 caps instead of 2, but finding something that actually works is such an amazing relief. If I run out I am miserable..thank you Swanson!

not for us
Gave it a go. Can't beat the price, but unfortunately, it just didn't work for us. The regular 3 mg melatonin seems to do the trick for my whole family, aside from my husband. Still on the hunt for what will help him.

'Sleep Essentials' has several proven calmatives in addition to 3 mg of Melatonin. This is all the Melatonin I need thanks to this product!

Sweet Dreams

sleep and rest
At last a product that does what it says. I have tried other products with similiar claims. I have slept through the night with those products for a trade off of feeling drousy and lethargic the next day. Sleep Essentials has been the answer for me. I wake up and feel ready to go with no side effects. Great product.

Very effective for a natural sleep aid
I have been using this product for a couple years now, and I just love it. I buy the larger size because it's more economic. These are so convenient, as you only take one before bed. They have helped me get to sleep faster and stay asleep. I would definitely recommend this product to a friend.

This product did not work for me at all. I was awake all night. Didn't even make me drousy. Cudos to all of you out there that it did work for. I would have loved it to work.

The one sleep product that works for me
I have tried a number of different products to help with sleep. In fact, i have tried some of the individual components in this product with very little success. Sleep Essentials, however, seems to be the right amount of each ingredient to promote restful sleep without the hangover effect of other sleep remedies.

This Works
This is the first sleep aid that I've tried that actually works. I'm grateful to be able to get a better night's rest again, without waking up so often. This really helps me.

I some times have trouble sleeping. I have tried over the counter remedies but felt groggy all day. I don't with this product.
