I Sent it Back
This product may have helped for some ladies, and that's great! But I don't think it did anything for me. This product didn't seem to have soy in it, which I think helps.

Great product
It has help me with my mood change. It has reduced the hot flashes and all related symptoms due to PMS or menopuase. I totally love it. I don't think I can be without any more! The price is great and affordable. I have shared it with friends and relatives!

Great product
I bought this to try it out and was very impressed. I did not know how well it was working until I ran out and went almost 2 weeks without it! My night sweats came back and the irritability as well. Once I received my next bottle I noticed a big difference! I will not allow this to run out again! I have more energy as well. Great product!

I highly recommend this product
I havent started menopause yet but ive used this for over a year for PMS. I wish I had found this years ago. I have a quick and noticeable change in emotions when i take this. If I can ever say a product changed my life this would be it. Ask my husband! I recommend this to anyone and have given it to a couple of friends and now they buy it too. great value and great results! don't wait for menopause! use it now!

I feel better!
After taking this product, my menopause symptoms decreased immediately -- especially the irritability I was feeling. This is a good product for the price too!

No sweat!
I could not do without this. I went through menopause early-the hot flashes and night sweats are miserable. I can sleep through the night and feel comfortable all day taking this. I definitely know if I miss a dose (so does my husband!) This is the best I've tried-and it's very affordable. I've told my sister and coworkers to try this first. I reorder this often.

I didn't realize how well Menopause Essentials worked until I ran out. I have no hot flashes when I take one a day before bed. I also have no night sweats.

lessens my perimeopause symptoms
I find that this product has helped greatly with my perimenopausal symptoms. I typically get night sweats, rarely daytime flashes, and they have occured less frequently. This formula also helps with clearing up my "brain fog" very well. I am much more alert, thanks to the ginko biloba in this formula. That is the improvement I noticed the most.

Highly Reccomend
I had my first hot flash, new I had to do something. I ordered Menopause Essentials, and within 2 days starting feeling results. It also helps with cramps. I love this product and would highly reccomend this product.

Works for me!
Noticed a big difference within 2 weeks, taking Menopause Essentials (3 a day) and black cohosh (2 a day). Very few hot flashes if any at all!

Great Product!
I bought this for my wife after a much more expensive product that we bought at the local health food store no longer was working for her. She was having night sweats, over a dozen hot flashes a day, etc. Within ONE day of use of this product, the night sweats have disappeared and she has only an occasional "warm flash." After 2 weeks of use it continues to be successful. Needless to say, she is amazed and very, very happy. Thank you Swanson!

It works!
I was experiencing "power surges" several times a day and night. Living in Arizona, I don't need any additional heat! I saw this product while making a routine order and decided to try it out. Taking one morning and evening and saw a difference the first day! I forgot it one morning, and had a few "flashes" that day. This works!!

Menopause Essentials Has Been Essential For Me!
This product does what no other menopause product has ever done. I've been on HRTs since 2001. Other herbal compounds have costs at least $50 per month.
Two years ago I discovered Swanson, and I've been enjoying using Menopause Essentials ever since.

Helpful
Bought this after reading other reviews and I'm delighted that it's doing what I hoped it would. My hot flashes are less frequent and less severe and my libido and lubrication have improved--not like they were even 5 years ago, alas, but better nevertheless.

I had been taking some other vitamins without alot of success. And one day swansons catalog came in the mail. Must have been the Lord having this sent to me! It works great! I may have to up it on some days, but overall I am very satisfied, and I had been the hot flash queen before!

Effective
I ordered this to help with hot flashes and insomnia associated with menopause. I had used a supplement from another company which worked wonderfully, but was quite expensive. The combination of ingredients in this product are very similar to the high priced one. I'm also using vitamin D3 and a phyto estrogen cream, and the combination is working. I can fall asleep and sleep thru the night. Hot flashes have diminished in intensity, frequency and duration. I recommend this.

Fabulous Product !
I had been using another brand that cost three times as much as Swanson's Menopause Essentials. I must say that the Swanson brand is just as good if not better than the other brand and at a significantly less price. What a great and affordable product !!! Thanks so much Swanson !!!!!!!

A Great Replacement
I was taking a natural hormone replacement suggested by my Nurtritionalist and it was working fine for almost 4 years now and when I started having Hot flashes again I decided to try something new!! It is less expensive, easy to get and above all it works great!! I am very satisfied with this product and will continue to take it for as long as I need to. Thank you Swanson's Vitamins
