No Effect
I have been taking these 4 at a time and not seeing any effect of potency.

Great....
....When I remember to take them. I never remember to take these since the directions say to take in the evening. Just not the most convenient but when I do seems to works just fine.

excellent formula
I buy this formula because I don't buy yogurt very often. This formula of ProBiotic-4 has two forms of bifidus and it is not in any yogurt formulas I have bought. Bifidus is important in yogurt but it isn't in most yogurts you purchase.

These tablets are very effective. They help your immune system a lot. They are convenient to take. i have used them for a long time and they compare favorably to other similar products.

Made me feel worse
Took these for 2 weeks, experienced EXTREME gas and bowel irritation, then I contracted a stomach virus (I'm not saying the virus was a result of the probiotics but you never know) so I've stopped taking them. The price is right though. Maybe i'll try a more expensive one in the future but for now my probiotics experiments are over.

My colon cleanse specialist told me to use these. There are no side effects, I do not even realize I am taking them. They do nothing to me bad. I just what she says, and that is I need Probiotics put in my system.

A Real Mover!
I just started using this product (ProBiotic-4) recently and from the get-go it worked for me. I do have a fast-acting system, anyway, and have the reverse problem of many--but taking it last thing at night before bed as directed helps me to get up in the morning and immediately get things moving as they should. I'm very pleased with this product!

Excellent Value
I have found this product coupled with the Nutra-flora is a complete probiotic for me. The value for the money is INCREDIBLE and I'm so grateful that I've found it and such a good company to work with!

Good stuff
I purchased these on sale to try them out and was happy that I did. I like that this is a non-dairy product and the dosage is not too high. I take 2 to 4 capsules a day after meals and feel improvements in my digestive system.

Not quite strong enough.
I used the product at its recommended dosage every day for three weeks and found it did not perform its function unless I took something else like yogurt or cookies that help digestion.

Well, we all know that good bacteria is 'good' for the body. And that we need to keep replacing what we loose through bad diet or bad habbits. These do that! I eat yougart every day, but not enough to replace my gut with all that 'good stuff'. I have noticed a difference after taking these for a week, and I think that you would too, One bottle is a two month supply and the price is more than worth it.

We took this for a while and couldn't tell any difference at all, so I did the probiotic test with milk, and the results showed that there was no live activity at all in the product. I will be returning this one.

only need to take one
I bought these for my husband so he can take just one probiotic pill a day. he no longer takes them and reported no difference when he took them and when he didn't. however, these are probably the best value you will get if you want to get a probiotic that you only have to take one pill a day.
