Just okay I bought Guarana for additional energy support because it's one of the ingredients in my favorite Energy Drink. But I noticed much stomach upset after taking these so I had to discontinue use. I also did not see much benefit by way of energy. I do have an extra sensitive stomach, so maybe others who try or take Guarana may have better results. April 16, 2012

It's ok... I take both guarana and ginseng immediately after rising in the morning with my morning caffeine, just to give me that little "push" I need at five am. For some reason this stuff just doesn't seem to do it for me. I've tried different dosages, too, but nada. I will finish off the bottle, but probably won't buy this particular kind anymore.
