Green Tea - Tons of benefits
I like these because they contain green tea leaves only and are not standardized. I take one capsule 3x a day after meals and noticed increase in energy and decrease in weight. Convenient way to obtain Green Tea benefits and the price is great!

Swanson's Green Tea
We all know that Green Tea is good for you, but lets face it, most of us don't drink more than one or two cups a day, if that. Taking the cap form gives us all the nutrients plus an added engery boost. I take this first thing in the morning and again before lunch. I still have a cup of green tea here and there, but I take the caps every day, and it doesn't cost that much.

Too big for me to swallow. Thick capsule probably would not even dissolve.

Not sure
So far I've been taking it for a week and I'm not seeing too much of a difference rather than I'm not able to sleep if I take it too late in the day. But it's great to think that I don't have to drink so many tea or coffee.

This was quite a good deal for the money. You won't find this kind of deal anywhere else, that's for sure. The green tea quality of the caps is just fine as well.
They say one must drink 7 cups of green tea a day to get the effects the Japanese do, so taking the caps makes this quite easy.

Feel the burn...
I bought this for both the healthy aspect and the weight management assistance. I understand that I may just be imagining the benefits, but I do seem to have more energy and the internal heat is astounding. Almost embarassingly so. I initially thought I was running a fever because I was sweating so much more than usual, but my body temperature was normal. Overall I'd have to say I'm very pleased with this product.

Green tea without the cup!
I have been advised to drink 3 or 4 cups of green tea a day for an antioxidant. I tried drinking it and didn't like it, then I saw this product in the Swanson catalog and thought I would give it a try. I can not say I see a noticeable difference, but for the money I will just keep taking it, knowing that it is doing my body some good. I know it is not hurting it.

Green Tea-YES!
I was soooo happy when I discovered This product on the Swanson Vitamin site! We all know how beneficial it is to one's health, but drinking the severalcups of tea recommended each day can be hard to do! Taking two tablets each day of this product is a breeze, and I feel good, especially mentally knowing that I am taking in good quality green tea!

Green tea for non drinkers
This is a great way for me to get my green tea. I am not a tea drinker so take the capsules.
The only problem with these is, they are just green tea leaf. Nothing else added.

Its ok
Thought I'd order this to give it a try. I haven't noticed anything different since I've been taking them. No weight loss, no change in energy. The price is great if you want to try them.

Surprisingly Great!
I bought these on accident thinking they were green tea extract pills, lol. But anyways iv since sunday (3 days ago) iv been taking 3 pills a day, and i saw amazing results! For weight loss i was at 143 Lb sunday, and today im at 138.5 Lb, i didnt do any excersize and i actually didnt eat all that great too. I dont know how i got such amazing results with this very cheap product but im happy, and going to continue using these! Thanks best price around!
