Great Value
I can't really speak of the job my milk thistle is doing but I know my liver is still functioning well so that's gotta be a sign. I just wanted to say that the Milk Thistle I get from Swanson is so much cheaper than other brands and the caps are much easier to swallow.

I've been purchasing this product for six years and the benefits for my husband have been great. Swanson's value and quality can't be beat. If My Liver Could Speak
I began taking this product to maintain the good health of my liver, which has served me well these 66 years. I don't feel any difference since I've been taking it, so it's difficult to say whether it's beneficial or not. I've based my ratings on the fact that it hasn't damaged me, it's reasonably priced, and it's easy to swallow. So, overall, I am satisfied. If my liver could speak, I could give you a more informative review.

There are several different type of Milk Thistle on the market, but I choosed this one, based on my previous experience with Swanson products. As I expected, this is a good product that combines high quality with resonable price. It's effectivenes is slow,but safe & inevitable, as it is with most herbal supplements. I fowarded it to my mother, so I'm going to order it again.

Who knows if this stuff actually works, studies go both ways. I believe that it DOES, and will continue to take it twice a day. Swanson has the best price on Milk Thistle, and I cannot find it cheaper anywhere.
