A better C
This vitamin C does not hurt my stomach because it's buffered. I take 2,000 mg. per day. I like the fact it comes in capsules as opposed to tabs. Great product at a great price.

Great product for the price. Great for digestability and not hard to swallow for its large size. I have been using this for years and recommend it.

Good Choice
This product is a very good value. It does not leave you with the vitamin burps and can be taken without food but I always take with a full glass of water. It is part of the daily routine in our family and we are all very healthy. Would highly recommend it.

great buffered product
I can't take regular Vit. C so this is a good alternative. It doesn't bother my stomach or give my cankers like regular vitamin C-not even after my gastric bypass 3 months ago!

Hurt my stomach
I purchased "buffered" C thinking it wouldn't bother my sensitive stomach, but it did. The Emer'gency-C and Ester C are the only vitamin C I have found that is easy on my stomach.

Best Buffered Vitamin C
My Naturopath recommended I take a buffered or ester-C because I was having stomach discomfort. Have been taking this product for a long time; recently decided to start with 1,000 but most are in tab form and/or are not buffered. Whoops, I'm back to this form.

Find it to be efficacious, as well as more reasonably priced than anything I have ever found. Easy on the stomach as well! Love it! Can't do without it!

Easy to Take, Digest
I take at least 4mg per day first thing in the morning before breakfast. Capsules are easy to swallow. Works for me!

I have to open them
The content in the capsule is very good, I am sure it absorbs better than the usual acid. However, the capsule wrapping is very hard, so in order to assure that my body will make use of it, I must open the capsule and swallow it opened.

Not a good value
This product does not desolve...we find whole pills in our stool. Never had this problem before. If it doesn't desolve it can't be used by the body.

Buffered C is very good to take because it has calcium ascorbate which is good for the bones and the vitamin C is good for everything else. It is the base the body needs to absorb all nutrients; so, it is important to get enough vitamin C.
