Wouldn't leave this one out!
I have read so many articles about the many benefits of tumeric that I've added it to my daily supplements.
My daughter actually tried a more expensive brand,and told me that it did not work as well.Of course she came back.

Tumeric is the bomb!

Pleasantly Surprised
First time I ever tried this product and I like it a lot. Heard a lot about it's many benefits and am happy I added it to my regimen. Was concerned it may upset my stomach but the opposite happened, so my tummy's happy. Capsules are big and look like a B-Complex yellow color, but easy to swallow. Worth the price!

TURMERIC
i HAVE BEEN USING FOR 2-1/2 YRS. IT'S WONDERFUL. . IT HAS HELPED MY FINGER AND KNEE JOINTS TREMENDOUSLY. i'M 71 AND WILL CONTINUE TO TAKE UNTIL IT NO LONGER HELPS.

doesn't burn
I have used turmeric with ginger in another brand - very disagreeable with my digestive tract. Although ginger is supposed to relieve digestive probs. - I find that not true with me.
The Swanson brand does not contain ginger and has worked well for me.

I have been suing Turmeric for abut a year now, and I have never had a problem. It's always reasonably priced, so I order it every month.

i bought a bottle of swanson's turmeric many months ago...seemed like i waited forever to try it.well,i have to say,this is a amazing herb,at a amazing price.all the wonderful things being said about this herb are very true.my husband and i love it....i need to stock up on this for my family,it's a great product....and also fresher,it seems being in the capsules...great job swanson!

After reading up on this ingredient of course I went to this site to see if it was avbl. Purchased it and gave my husband his own bottle. He swears by it now. I'm getting ready to purchase our 2nd batch this weekend. He's blessed with very, very good health although he's over 60and we're doing all we can to keep it that way so when he retires next year, we can go and tour the world!! Thanks Swanson

These capsules are convenient and easy to use. Turmeric seems to be in the news these days with many possible health benefits, including helping the prostate. This is a good product.

I break open these capsules and use the turmeric spice inside on rice and salads. The capsules seem to keep it tasting especially fresh.

Memory Seems Sharper
My memory seems sharper after I take Turmeric. Maybe it's the placebo effect; I've read a lot of good news stories about turmeric/curcumin. But there are plenty of supplements on my shelf I take on a hit or miss basis. This is one of the ones where I notice the difference.

Keep Dancing
Turmeric is amazing to add energy and freedom to my movements. I like to dance spontaneously at work...yes, I get looks...and Swansons Premium Turmeric keeps me dancing. The capsules smell good, and are a lovley color. I take them early in the day because they do give me a burst of energy.

Unexpected results
I was not expecting any positive attributes, as my skepticism was high. I've always believed most herbal cures to be placebos only. I use Turmeric heavily in curries, and have always found I feel better when eating them frequently, so I gave it a try. Subjectively I felt better within a day or two. When I stopped using the herb, the effect wore off. I'm now continuing its use.

Its good!
I love this supplement. I do tend to burp it up after taking it, but don't mind because I like the taste of it. After I was talking a lot about it for a while, my husband decided he wanted to take it too, so now we both get the benefits of this natural herb. Very well priced also.
