CHANGED?
Don't know why this product has to have a new giant sized jar for the same amount. (I transferred from the new jar to the old) Plus, it does not dissolve near as well in hot coffee, and even with stirring, still does not completely dissolve, as it did before. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

wonderful
i use this product everyday in my calli tea from sunrider products. i love the taste and the new soft powder form it desolves instantly. this is the best tasting stevia i have every bought and the most reasonably priced. thank you for such a good product.

change in ingredients
I guess you're darned if you do and darned if you don't... I've been ordering this Stevia powder for a long time and have been very satisfied... until... the honey powder was changed to Fibrosol which is derived from corn. Not sure I'm crazy about that.

Good Value, but Poorly Cut
This stevia powder is fine and a reasonable value. My main issue is with the other ingredients it is cut with. Pure stevia extract is much more concentrated than this stuff, and I'd prefer the product to be more concentrated. The other issue with it is it absorbs moisture from the air and hardens into a solid lump over time. That makes it unsuitable for individual serving use. I premix it with cocoa and other ingredients, which avoids the caking issue.

Not too sweet, not bitter
I have tried many stevia products. Some were more grainy, some more powdery. This is more of the powdery kind. I found that it is not as sweet as some of the others I have tried but it doesn't leave a strange or bitter after taste on my tongue. I don't use very much and it's going to go a long way - good value. Check your Stevia ingredient list to see what else you may be consuming.

stevia powder
My husband bought this for me a while ago and I still have most of it because it is pretty bitter. My daughters use it for their teas, but they are not crazy about it either. It does get a little clumpy. I am hoping to find one that does not have the bitter taste. I saw some good reviews on the liquid Stevia, so I think I am going to try that. I would not recommend this if you are bothered by a bitter taste.

Great tasting Stevia
I have usually used the liquid Stevia, but bought this product to use in baking. I happened to try it in my coffee and tea, and think the taste is great, sweet without any bitterness, definitely better than the liquid I've been using. I've had it for about two months now , (it's about half gone), and the consistency is still fine. I'm re-ordering.

Hard to swallow
I have used several brands of Stevia and this product is by far the most bitter taste.

Very good Stevia product
We've been using this product for a year or so now. We really like it. I would recommend at least trying it. I know it's not for everyone, but we do like it.

Not Up to Swanson's Standards
I am very disapointed in this product. Its performance is not as good as other Brands carried by Swansons. Over time it has "dryed" out and is as hard as a brick. I first purchased the product along with another brand that I had been purchasing at the local store for a higher price. I decided to try the Swanson brand as it was less expensive and usually Swanson's products are top quality. Well not this time. It did not desolve easily and the flavor was a bit off. I believe all of the complaints are based on the additives not the basic ingredient as the other preferred brand uses different additives along with the Stevia.

Good value
This stevia is pretty good. There is a little bit of an aftertaste if you use too much, but I combine it with the xylitol (also sold here), and it sort cancels out the aftertaste and just leaves the sweetness. Good price, too.

Great Product!!
I love this powdered stevia...it goes well with all fruit and cuts down on a lot of calories. I use it a lot in my blender making fruit smoothies or green smoothies. Some of the other comments about this stevia being bitter, I would have to say you are probably using too much powder. I only use about 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon when I make 1/2 gallon of fruit smoothie in my blender. I also use it when mixing up those 100% fruit juice concentrates (found in the freezer section of the grocery store) with water....instead of adding 3 containers of water, I use 4 containers of water if not a little more to make about a half gallon of fruit juice - and yes, the powder doesn't mix up right away (like some have mentioned that it clumps) but when left in my refrigerator for a little while it does dissolve, even when it's cold, you just have to give it some time....so make your cold stuff up ahead of time and the clumps will be gone!! If you learn how to use it right, it’s really great stuff!!

I do not like this powder.
I thought this powdered Stevia would be a great addition to my use of the Swanson Stevia packets. However, it just does not taste as good as the Swanson packets, which I love. Plus it is lumpy so you have to mash it around with a spoon before you measure it out. I even tried keeping part of it in another container so I wouldn't be opening the jar that it came in all the time. It still clumps. The difference in taste may be due to it having honey powder as an ingredient while the packets have rice maltodextrin. Anyway, I am not at all impressed with the powder and will stick with the packets.

Bitter
The Swanson Premium Stevia is way too bitter to sprinkle on fresh fruit. I have only been using it in my coffee. Stevia manufactured by NOW is good - no bitter taste.
I would not recommend this product at this time until it comes out as new & improved - no bitter taste.

Stevia loose powder
I usually buy the stevia packets, but decided to try the loose powder. It is OK in coffee, you just have to stir vigorously. It doesn't disolve well in cold liquids or cereal. I will stick with the stevia packets.

Not the best
Unfortunately, despite the excellent price of this product, I found it to be bitter, clumps insanely hard, and doesn't dissolve in cold liquids. I prefer packets to this.

I have tried many powdered stevia products, and have found Swanson's brand to be the very best! Best tasting, best value, and best overall stevia product on the market. I recommend it highly!!

Best Stevia on the Market
Swanson's Stevia is the best period. I've tried many brands and this is the best tasting. The price is more economical than any other I've ever seen. We usually buy 4 or 5 jars of the powdered kind. Thanks Swansons!
